@ I can’t personally fall asleep to noise and ASMR doesn’t really work at putting me to sleep. It does relax and destress me though. I find listening to ASMR or an audiobook about something that is interesting but not exciting helps me decompress and be better for my family by the time I’m home. But yes if ASMR knocks you out PLEASE don’t listen while driving. 😂😅
