Artists looking to grow will pay close attention to what "everyone" has to say---not just a few hundred people who like a particular song or style. To blow up in rap you have to appeal to the demographic that listens to and buys a lot of music -----> people under 30 years old. Most young people are not going to buy music that resembles what their parents listened to. So, my comment was intended for Dezzy, not one of his fans.
@Criminal.Lawyer.2024 maybe their goal is to put out what's real or true to them and their kind..... vs. what's "hot" (knowing how shallow that can SOMETIMES be). Maybe their goal is quality THEN quantity IF it comes. Matter of fact do you know what their goals are? But, true, your individual and particular "feedback" and opinion can and will be weighed against everyone else's including their own but yours seemed pretty fatalistic and assumptive.
