For those yellow headphones they have Altoona of echo and wind noise! To help this take a cheap free give away cookie and cut to fit inside ear cup. It will get rid of echo and wind noise and make them quieter and more comfortable . Hope this helps everyone! Great hunt!

Just got to St. Pete Beach from MN this afternoon. Staying right on the beach, so got out for a little bit earlier this evening, but my detector started going crazy, then stopped working all together after about 45 mins. Hoping it was just a little moisture and it comes back to life tomorrow.
You are screwed dude.☹️. There is no drying out with salt water,sorry I know . First machine lasted 4 months then flooded. Got new replacement unit #2 while waiting for #1 to be repaired. Unit #2 lasted 1 hour in waist deep water. Flooded! Took it home took it off rod shook it and water coming out of sealed battery!Unit #1 came back from warranty never left the house and speaker and headphone do not work! Your unit might try to come on but shut right off. Good luck, new ones suck! I know people with 3 year old units that still working and haven't leaked. Hope yours is ok!

Leaving Sat morning and planning on getting out 7-9am each day through Fri if possible. You gonna be back near Dolphin Beach Resort/public beach parking this week? Always glad to detect with others! Used to MN detecting and could use some tips for here.

You’re probably ill due to the red tide toxicity in the air. My wife and daughter still crappy over 3 weeks now and we were a Pass a grille for 1 day. Have fun but be safe as many are getting seriously ill. Good luck! 🍀
You know there are cell phone drop off boxes where you get paid for old phones. I think Walmart has one. Google it maybe. I think they recover them for the precious metals inside.

@@MetalDetectingChannel I have tried to watch all your videos. Just bought a Nox 800 for back up to the D2. Been having problems with the head unit connecting to the coil. FYI I talked to a guy who knows a tester for XP and the new update will be out very soon he said writhing a week but I am not holding my breath. Lol

The yellow are Minelab standard waterproof. I like the earbuds better. They break when you drop the detector. I’m hard on everything.

I also have connection issues with my D2. I turn it in at the van before heading out just so I’m not standing on the bench for 20 minutes.
