A couple years ago I got a Bob and Brad massage gun and I returned it because it honestly felt like a toy because of its lack of power and depth. I then got a Theragun Elite and it was a world of difference and I loved it. Fast forward a year and a half and my Theragun stopped working. It was out of warranty and Theragun doesn’t provide any repair service so I’m out $400. In speaking with the sports retail store that I purchased the Theragun at he said they’ve had a lot of issues with Theragun and he really didn’t think in general these massage guns are built to last more than 2 years. So now I’m back in the market for a new massage gun. Not sure I’m willing to invest the high cost in a Theragun because of the issues I had and I really just don’t feel Theragun stands behind their product. I’m also reluctant to buy a Bob and Brad massage gun because of the poor experience I had in the lower model unit. It also annoys me Bob and Brad basically just copy Theragun. If I go into it with the mindset that a a massage gun will only last 2 years then the D6 seems to make more sense given the price. The D6 Pro also seems very big and chunky, although I actually like the size and weight of the Theragun Elite. Not sure which direction to go? Ughh
Yeah, it is hard to believe a top model like the Theragun is built to only last a couple years but who knows. if that is the case, it makes sense to get a more affordable option, so you are not as much if it does break. I will say, I think you believe the Pro level model from Bob & Brad is a lot better than the model you tested earlier. Best of luck with your decision!
Beautiful Detailed Review Brother. Thank you 🙏. I just pulled the trigger on the D6 for $189 on Amazon after the $60 offered coupon is applied. Like you said it’s a no brainer 🧠. The D6 is a much higher quality machine for 1/3 the price & much less all that noise from having such loose tolerances & cheaper parts. Bob & Brad are good people too. 🍻 👊 🇺🇸
