By getting educated from your knowledge i am so motivated that i have reduced from 97to 94 in. 20 days.
I am doing brisk walk 3km in the morning followed with exercise and 4km in evening.
I am just using soups instead of salan made in makhan, desi ghee or olive oil.
Using chia seeds after watching your video. Before that i was not familiar with the terms and foods that we must use for healthy life.

فجر کی نماز پابندی کے ساتھ پڑھے... نماز کے بعد روزانہ ایک گھنٹہ تک ورزش کرے گھر کا کھانا کھائے گرین ویجیٹیبل کا استعمال زیادہ کرے.... رات کا کھانا مغرب کے بعد کھائے.. باہر کا کھانا چھوڑ دے... زیتون کا تیل.. چکی کا آٹا استعمال کرے بیکری کے کوئی بھی آئٹم استعمال نہ کرے

I m 53 years old, blood pressure 110/70 weight 67 kg...no sugar, diet break fast two slice of bread with tea only one spoon of sugar, lunch 1 roti with daal/sabzi with no salt..one apple or one banana, dinner 1 roti with daal/ sabzi without salt and oil and one glass of water with 2 table spoon isphgol...
In breakfast take egg, almonds.
Plz include Nuts like almond, yogurt and salad
