Good video- I’m looking to start a sole prop as a way to subsidize income starting in new year… I’m in Quebec tho… should I be approaching this vastly different, or is it generally same Idea, but be careful to watch more Qcs specifications ? Advice ? Thx 🙏

This is a great video, thank you! I currently am a full-time employee and have a side job as an independent contractor - I work from home for both. I'm not sure how to claim my home office expenses in this situation. Could you please make a video about this? Thank you!
Was just asking my accountant this. I was told I just needed to bring her the sq ft of the home and then the spaces I use for work. You'll also want to bring in copy's of your rent payments and utility payments so they can write off that % of those bills.
