If outdoor temperature does not show I removed one battery so it reset itself the reinstalled battery outside temperature came on then I reset clock I had forgotten I did this last time to get it to work.

Turn it upside down and pull the base straight up it will come off.

Hope I remember this, press the set button on back. Then use up or down arrow to adjust. Press set again to get to the item you want to set and adjust up or down
