    There is just no political will to solve the issue of protection fees at Mthatha. Poweerful people like politicians, and police are involved in these ciminal activities. Crime intelligence is also dead in SA, citizens are on their own.

    What is the point of Ndalindyebo speaking? He’s not the state; this is a democratic nation, not a monarchy. He has no authority- even a magistrate's court holds more power than he does. He’s merely a symbolic figure, a remnant of the Bantustan era. People need real solutions, not empty gestures.

      @@Tee-e4iUnless you are living under the rock or you worship city life, kings and chiefs are still very powerful in rural areas especially when it comes to handling local disputes and land related issues. Just keep your condescending attitude to yourself. We appreciate their role and respect them.

    • @Tee-e4i
      @Tee-e4i Месяц назад

      @@dot510 That’s beyond stupid, considering they’re not empowered by any law to act like this. More often than not, they make decisions that are not only unconstitutional but downright childish-like asking people accused of sleeping with someone else’s spouse to undress. This has little to do with your attachment to them or your feelings; we’re supposed to be a constitutional country, if that means anything to you. These antics are nothing more than a relic of the Buthelezi era, birthed during the CODESA negotiations and later crystallized in the Ingonyama Trust. But don’t worry, I’m happy to take you to school and humble you.
