Part of the fun with B&BW was in the couponing way we could buy and get things for super cheap...now...18.95? They don't have the quality to charge that...sorry.
I have too stuff anyway and when I decide to go back it'll be for fall and winter my favorite seasons.

Vicky don't have the quality neither. Vicky and BBW have watered-down the Body care so bad that I would not be surprised if the quality is about the same level of quality as the dollar store body care items
Between the price increase of bath & body works and the 4 dollar increase of sol de Janeiro mists I’m going to take a break for awhile. I can get a good perfume for the price of 3 mists.
I only buy when they have the $5 to $6 fragrance mists

Yes, those are is good ideas -- judging whether or not you should buy a fragrance. I have been using them since SAS Drama with coupon restriction and reward redemption had restricted times that you can redeem them.
I really don't like most of the faceted because you can't see your progress on that you put a dent in -- except for the clear ones.
You tell them sister. It's official. I am on a low buy for a while. I need to use up my products anyway. I really don't need anymore for a long time. So I am good unless they bring back Forever Sunshine, Forever Midnight, Bora Bora, or Black Cherry Merlot.
I have paid full price years ago -- but that was when I only had 3 scents.
They raised the rewards but only for the price of the lotions -- and a few mist and body creams. They want you to use the rewards for the lotions and the body washes-- I'm not down for forced purchases. Just like they tried to do for some of those early access app sales -- where you had to wait an hour to shop what should have been at the SAS. I get that they are trying to stay in business -- but help us help you stay in business.
Eggs $40 for 60 @ Kroger. I won't be eating eggs until I buy my own chickens -- 🤣🤣🤣.
You right about these prices. Yeah B&BW going to have to make it make sense when it comes to all the varying prices… cause it don’t make sense to me. This is why I gotta wait for another sale or something that really stand out in the new fragrances before I shop again. This mama don’t have it like that😂
We all need to use are stock pile of fragrances that we have. BBW's has gone crazy! We're going to smell good on the stash! Saving my 💸💸

Great video. I totally agree with your price increase portion of the video the best. Your reaction to the new pricing was priceless. I agree that it totally is not in my budget to go and buy a $20 mist. I will definitely only purchase from BBW during sales and if they are worth it. I also don’t like that they prepackage old fragrances to pass them off as new items to trick the consumers to buy it. Don’t waste my time or my money. Think about the consumer who is actually buying your products to keep you relevant. As always keep being you. Love that you are so passionate about your video content 😊
That would be a good idea for a standalone video, comparing all the things that smell like Boardwalk Taffy. I thought for sure Among the Clouds was gonna smell like cotton candy clouds since they have the same notes! I even bought the ATC lotion in the recent sale because I have the CCC spray, oh well lol.
Great video. With these price increases and what I've seen with the new upcoming releases, I'm gonna be waiting until a flash sale or SAS. I use to run to get the " new new" but I'll just shop my collection. As far as rewards goes, give me a break. I spend hundreds of dollars there a year and my reward is a travel spray....Goodbye👋 at least they did up the price, but come on. Like you said, 5 different prices for body sprays? There have been some pretty faceted bottles, but for the most part, nobody cares about the faceted collection lol. It's the new normal I guess, but we will all have to shop smarter.
I truly appreciate your video love! I love BBW been a loyal customer for about 31 years, my oldest was a newborn when I got into BBW. It started with candles as I love home decor & making my house look and smell good! Then I got into the aromatherapy line.. and their body care items. I remember loving their organic line of shampoo & conditioner- my hair was so soft & shiny! Pulled my beloved Jasmine & lavender off the shelves in Cali.. something about not allowing organic products to be sold. 🙄 Anyhoot.. I try my hardest to only buy when I hit a really good sale, or use my rewards, SAS! When wrapped in vanilla came out, I seen a few people hauling it & loving it. So I was actually near my BBW- used my reward to grab the mist & body cream. That is how I knew I was gonna need backups 😆 but it’s like BBW got carried away with their new policy all because of TikTok youngins basically showing the world how to take back items they never liked or used up candles- in exchange for the newness. Now we are sadly dealing with the repercussions. Also no I have never known any store to have 5 different prices for the same product- just different packaging!?! But wait! It’s not just that, I know everything has gone up! It’s inflation! But my goodness tell me how you still selling the exact items at BBW outlets for 2, 3, 5 bucks all year long?! No this isn’t cool! Our rewards still ain’t enough?! So I can’t try any body care! I honestly don’t care about lids on candles I’m wanting a candle that burns well, smells delicious and throws a solid 8! Not repackages! If they want to have to many prices- the more expensive should be top notch from the rest! Meaning what’s inside! Not even my SA’s are all consistent with the policy, just knowledge of stuff that’s been around since way back when! I wish they would train better, so we don’t have so much confusion. I honestly feel I know more than they do. For instance. A rep online for my BOPIS order was like we don’t offer price adjustments??! 🤯 Since when I asked, she said we have never?! 🙄🙄 that’s when I had to basically inform her. So I wish they would all be trained the same in store, online etc. but I’m definitely ok on my collection. All my SAS items. That I will not spend my hard earned dollars 💵 on supporting a company that doesn’t seem to appreciate their Day1’s!
I don’t mind the repackaging. I missed a lot of fragrances last year so I ain’t mad! I have all of the new spring besides beautiful day (already have it) and indigo dreams (returned it because I didn’t like it)

I absolutely Love your reviews cause you break them notes down to the lowest term Lol😃 and you be right on point, so Thank you for all your hard work, it's greatly appreciated.
Not buying unless a good sale - less than 50%
Bath and Body Works price gouge because people can't stop and won't stop shopping there no matter what they price their items. If they can have frequent sales and SAS twice a year then that's what those products Are really worth, the sale prices.

I grew tired dislike Fiji Sunshine Guavatini on a week long trip to Miami. Don't know what switched me off but... blech. I was so glad I took Honey Wildflower to finish off the trip.

I about fell out when I seen the MBW for Among the Clouds was $17.95‼️‼️ When they were just $13.50 & $14.50. BBW is seriously on one right now😩
BBW will understand when those high priced products stay on the shelf. When they get tired of low sales, they'll put them on a reasonable sale or they'll still be there for summer SAS. Just like when they had all those hand soaps left over for the 2020 Winter SAS because they were being stingy with not putting hand soaps on sale during the 2020 pandemic. They had so many hand soaps 75% off during that Winter SAS because they didn't offer any reasonable sales earlier in 2020.
Yes!! I never had to purchase any of my MBWs because I always knew that I could count on getting them FREE with a reward!😩I guess I will be purchasing them for 75% off at SAS now because this is not it, and I'm sure that they will not be selling at that ridiculous price point!!
They don't listen to everybody or they would retro more things Like wheatberry, Aspen carmel woods, snow kissed sugar, freshwater cucumber etc plus all past scents we've requested instead of the same old repeat retros, but I will say this ,from this point on they are going to need to earn my purchases.
Loved hearing your review on these! I got indigo dreams and sun blooms and suede with my rewards! I really liked among the clouds but it is light! I like pastel skies but it’s not amazing to me either! Fresh coconut and cotton is so good!

These have been my thoughts exactly. I was excited about cloud nine coming back but when I sprayed the body mist it was watered down to an oblivion. It went right back to the store😩

I will not forget how people spoke with their dollar at Aldi. They raise their price on candles 50 cents and people were not buying their products. They lowered their products.
BBW fans need to stop all the talking let them know their scents are weaker and they are charging more. They are doing a ton of raspberry and ignore other fruits. My closed wallet will speak for me.

Goose Creek lotions are awesome! They smell really good, most have really decent lasting power and they are better on the skin than BBW. They are made from all natural ingredients. You should definitely try them! Unfortunately they don't have as big a variety offered right now, I'm hoping it's because they are clearancing the winter and fall fragrances and will bring back the spring, summer etc. Usually they have 4 pages of lotions but right now just one page. Also they released some body mists last spring but now they only have 2 fragrances left. I wonder if they are bringing the others back or they just didn't sell and they aren't continuing the line. I bought a couple of them last year and I fell in love with the marshmallow clouds one. It smells better than any BBW fragrance mist in my opinion. I'm holding onto it for dear life in case they don't bring it back.

I used to shop ALL the time at BBW. The last few years, I have shopped the summer SAS, maybe 2 times a year for soaps, and occasionally when they have a $4.95 sale. Funny thing, except for soaps, I am still overstocked. It just takes a long time for me to go through anything! I have slowed my shopping a lot. The easiest way to save $, is not to buy. I still want it all. I just don’t buy it all. I do enjoy your reviews!

I’m not interested in anything they have or about to release like coco paradise which I’m sure is a repackage of copper coconut and watermelon mojito which is a repackage of watermelon lemonade. Without the bake shop I probably won’t buy anything from B&BW until winter sas unless they mysteriously bring back summer melody, orange vanilla twist or bubblegum. They are gonna have to wow me until I buy something beyond sas

These prices only affect the ones who buy just for the packaging, collectors or RUclipsrs who just buy to review these products. I only buy major sales so I guess it depends on the consumer.
My collection is very big. I won’t be buying as much because I just can’t justify it. I will wait for their flash sales and sas sales. If I miss out on stuff, then it wasn’t meant to be. Surely there is something similar in the collection I already have.

could Blush Cardigan be the scent that Sunblooms & Suede reminds you of? I gifted mine off but i remember the distinct raspberry smell
It does remind me of it but I smelled them side by side and it’s not what I’m thinking of. I think it’s a mist from VS that I’m thinking it reminds me of.
Blush Cardigan reminds me of Passionate Kisses from Victoria’s Secret 💯 from wayyy back in the day 😄

I must say, as one of the few people who doesn't like Boardwalk taffy much at all, I was very grateful that Among the Clouds ended up not being the 5001st version of it.
They will probably phase out all the $16 and just stick with $17.95 and $18.95 but there are so many still left and the price is in the packaging.
I am here to figure out what to buy at the mist sale. I only got two today because I didn’t like many of the new scents. I got pastel skies and among the clouds

If prices keep going up, I may just TRY to pic 5 to 10 of my FAVORITE scents and just buy those off ebay when I need them instead of keeping a collection on hand. I am currently on a no buy! Maybe if enough of us boycot they'll get the drift.

The Pastel Skies cream just smells mostly like caramel to me. I was really bummed out because I got the cream last year and returned it, because it smelled so light to me, but it did smell like the fragrance mist. I haven't smelled the new Pastel Skies mist so I'm not sure it smells the same from last year, or has a caramel smell to it. I'm very curious if anyone else thinks the cream smells like caramel to them. I'm finding a lot of the body creams are not smelling very good, they all seem to have a weird plastic, chocolateish smell to me, and I have seen so many reviews on their site that say the same thing.
Since the latest reformulation the creams are very hit or miss.
Anyone know if the champagne toast eau de parfume will be back in stock online ?
I don’t know but I would suggest to keep checking online because you never know with B&BW.
Have you re-smelled any of the Victoria's Secret fragrances after and since you last talked about them? If so are your feelings different on any?
Is Among the Clouds similar to Butterfly, Gingham Vibrant or Open Sky? They have so many berry vanilla scents.
My rule of thumb Is Bbw always mark the items down to at least $5 and that's when I buy 🤣🤣🤣

Ever since I heard thar about Strwberry Poundcake smelling like spoiled yogurt, I can't unsmell it! Not a fan.
This round of fragrances are too light and too weak to be in such pretty packages. I am going to use my coupons and then I’m going on a no buy until a mist sale or SAS.
The constant repackaging is a cheap way to entice the consumer. I could careless about new sticker labels or top designs. And I ain't buying shyt if its not on sale (sas or 5.50 body care sale). 🤷🏾♀️😏
I love the Among the Clouds packaging, but don’t care for the scent.
I recently got the mist on sale, so I am going to see if I like the mist more than the perfume.
They didn't have a shower gel or lotion for pastel skies and cloud nine at their first release. Yes the packaging is pretty but with these new prices smh
They did have body wash for Pastel Clouds & it’s ok but not a wow! It’s a one & done for me.

They do do a lot of repackaging especially now but I think there are some gems that they have.
