Paolo, thank you so much for making this video! I have a question. If I registered for the pre-sale first and then created my ticketmaster account will it affect smth or it doesn't matter?
Hi Ann! No, Using multiple devices for 1 account would confuse the system and might lead to them banning or suspending you. You can use 1 account per device, I had multiple devices logged on my friends accounts so I can get the tickets for them.
Please enlighten me. Hahaha am i the only one who doesn't see the "ADD YOUR CREDIT CARD" option on Ticketmaster SG??? I hope there's someone who will reply. Thank you soooooo muchhh 😊😊😊
Hi @hazelynmanlusoc4821 ! You're not the only one! I noticed Ticketmaster SG did not have it as well, the other Ticketmasters do. I guess it depends if they want to activate it or not or they're using a different system to checkout instead of something that is internal to their system. Right now I guess you can have your credit cards ready to copy and paste on a notepad when checking out.
So, for each acount I've created for the "ticket master" of that country, for example, in Poland it is ebilet but germany eventim, do they need to have different phone numbers even if it is in different websites? I want to open up my options to all the dates and I also have 2 other accounts from family members that were selected. Would it be better to have 1 account prioritize 1 date?
Hi! Just wanna ask when can you input the card details for payment? Is it after you get the pre sale code access? Can use mobile phone to purchase? Is there any difference if you use laptop or mobile phone to purchase? Thank you so much!
Hi Jenny! So it looks like for Singapore they don't allow placing your credit card in advance. In other Ticketmaster websites in different countries allow you to add your credit card. So my guess is they might ask it upon checkout, which is unfortunately a bigger problem since it would make the process of checking out slower.

You would need a different phone number for each ticketmaster account. But it depends on how strict Ticketmaster chooses to be in your country as well. You can try using the same number, unless it prompts you otherwise.
Hi, if i wanna buy 2 tickets, will i have to select 2 different seats? Or there will be a choice of seats number i want to purchase and it will automatically selected together? Thank you xx
Based on the way Ticketmaster has operated in the past and my experience on US tours and concerts. You can filter on the search for seats allowed for you for Taylor it's 4 and it automatically selects seats based on rows and how near they are. However you can also select them manually. If 4 seats in a row is not available, you can manually select 4 seats distant from each other or in random areas or in a column. However they can also disable that and you are forced to get seats in rows.
