It's one of the Gears dev team and Bleszinkski 's biggest failure is never patching the invisible glitch, the wall mount and out of map exploits, and some of the other tricks you can do with the mortar and the ink grenade. I remember doing that shit ten yrs ago and can still do it now.
I've been told that so many players got angry at this that they wrote directly to epic games asking to fix glitching out the map, epic games responded by basically saying "fuck off, these are parts of the game and you deal with it" you can glitch out in any map.
