I have extremely dry scalp too! And I believe the JH mask has helped with the frizz as well as deep conditioning. I've also been experiencing hair loss but I haven't seen any progress on it with the mask. However, I think it really brings my hair to life on some days. I've been using the mask for about a month now. I bought it on Michelle's recommendation on a 3 for 999 sale. 😍 Curious to hear about your results!

Hi Michelle. I just started my CGM journey and your videos are like holy grail with so much info for beginners like us with tons of research and thank you so much for that. I have wavy hair 2a 2b curl type very low density and thin frizzy hair not still sure on porosity. My hair feels soft and moisturized now but it is very weak and hairfall is more so iam thinking my hair needs protein now and iam going to start with just herbs shampoo and just herbs conditioner since I saw in your video its good for protein and I feel just herbs dc mask will be perfect to use if I feel like I need more moisturizing and soft hair. And for styling products iam trying FMC curl clenching cream and flax seed gel experimenting a bit with the quantities. Can you please tell me if this is a good start for me and good for protein moisture balance.
If your hair is weak, you can use some protein and bond builders. I would suggest not to try brush styling. Detangle with care. Maybe also try my modification on the cg routine with no wet detangling. Might suit you better. Stay away from brushes. Stick to a wide tooth comb like i do. I totally get it. My hair is weak as well. Do protein in moderation like i do. Keep your hair as moisturised as possible. Dryness will cause hair breakage in your case.

I used minox before but it gave me headaches so I want to go for rosemary oil which is backed by research but unfortunately in Indian market there're no genuine sellers😢. Yes it does. This will hold your clumps in place while it dries. After your hair dries scrunch out the crunch with an oil. You'll be left with soft curls. For demo check my wavy hair routine video

Both the shampoo bars are harder than the Earth rhythm shampoo bars. I don't know how long they would last though or how they compare in that regard.

I havent used Amla oil in pure form.
The bhringraj oil from JH has Amla.
The Hair Treatment Oil from Qurez also has anti-greying ingredients.
