I started saving those dish mounts a few years back just for this very day. Thank you for sharing your video I can now do my own by following the steps you have laid out. I currently have 2 poles in the yard to move. Plans are solar heat water for my pool to warm it up a bit and next years project is to do a watering system for my mini garden. Pray for me please. I purchased the double 36 cell 54" wide kit. Assembly is a little tricky but I highly recommend his kits for both ease of use, pricing and willingness to build customs kits to order.
I also used Ken G's suggestion of placing post into the ground sleeve making it easy to adjust the panels for time of year.
How did you buy the pivoting mount? I am Having trouble finding the product
I also put a sleeve pipe in the ground below frost level where I live and drop the mount pipe inside to be able to rotate the panels. I tighten the top mount to the pipe as we have lots of high winds and doing it this way it does not move in the wind

Yes it will fit a 1 5/8" OD pole.
Make sure you use some insulating material between the SS and the aluminium
I took great plans from Avasva . It help me a lot with my own solars.
Why do you have 2 axis adjustment if you can swing it on the pole?
Am thinking of getting this to mount 2 -150 w panels on a pipe directly behind my house beside my deck. How much heat is generate off these panels, directly in front to within 5-6 ft? Thanks.

Yes it will hold two panels. the rails are 48" long.

Ken Fowler No, just the bracket, two rails and hardware. Your panel already has a frame.
You can use avasva instructions to build it yourself guys.

Hello Jerry, I see you found it on ebay. The kit does not come with the frame because it is not needed. Your panel has its own frame.
