“Clicking the bumper on your controller” its the button the closes the wings on your oppressor on PC it is the “X” key for the people who don’t know. Unless you changed your controls around.
X is boost, i didnt change settings

I use a different method where I go up and down but every time I go down I let go of the acceleration and every time I go up I press the acceleration that way it recharges boasting

Use method 3 but lightly hold your left trigger and you will slowly regain your boost with out dropping in speed, but make sure you arent holding down to hard or else you loose speed

Tbh I have been using method 3 every since I got the OP MKII. I’ve only told the people I play with how to do it. It’s nice to see someone else with an audience actually reports on this.

If you fly the oppressor mk II along the ground (much like any flying vehicle in gtao) you can reach a much higher speed (full boost speed) even without the boost. I've heard about vehicles flying faster at higher altitudes, but personally find that the closer you are to the ground the faster it moves. I guess because it increases the chances of crashing or being nerfed by other players.
You literally do that by method 3 test it out. Im on pc and when im on ground i have 130 mph and when im up and i press space to retract the wings you still get 130(normal in air is 110 i belive) tho while ur wings are retracted you will keep falling but you can just press ctrl and hold space and by this you will get higher altitude and still have 130 mph without falling. No boost though, but as you saw it doesn't help
Common misconception. This used to be the way it was before the Opp MK2 was released, a lot of people didn't even realize at first when it was introduced and believed it was slower while flying (Much like the Deluxo).
All you need to do is have your wings closed and you get the same speed on the ground and in the air with the Opp Mk2.
There is no speed penalty on the OppMk2 for flying high, and there is no bonus because is neither a helicopter or a plane.
It's an illusion to do with field of view. When you are driving fast on the highway and look out your window the objects that are far away tend to not move at all, but closer objects do. In the air you have no close objects to relate your speed to so it appears you are going slower

Someone told me to hold down RB while flying, and I literally laughed and said sarcastically, 'Yeah, rriiight!'. *For context, let me just Inform you that this was the friend who told me, when I was a relative beginner, to 'quick, press Y and fire the big missiles at that chopper or we're dead! Press Y now dude!!!' -when we were in a helicopter being followed by the usual bad guys on way back from a mission. Of course I hit Y in a panic and swiftly jumped out of the chopper and to my death...I didn't really know anything about parachuting back then! This friend has since, continued with the old 'press Y' joke and so whenever I am in a vehicle I have to really engage my brain or i find myself rushing to my death in various ways!
So now you'll understand why I immediately dismissed his comment about speeding up the flying. Thank you for your video! You have given me all the information I need!

The fastest method is method 3 but...
Fliperachi made a video about it and it is VERY useful. U just fly with the wings in holding R1 and slitghly holding L2 so you are at a steady speed of 130mph just holding or taping L2 (just enough if you are holding it) so the boost recharges so u are at 130mph all the time and every few second you get your boost back
I used the fastest method without knowing there's more than one =))))))))))))),tho i admit even if the 4th method was a bit faster than the 3rd is a bit of a pain to use so i would've stuck with the 3rd anyway

I tried every other method, including the up and down up and down with the turbo regeneration. I could never fly a steady speed more than 110 mph. But with your new method of holding the r1 button at the same time, I've been able to achieve a steady 130 mph without even using my turbo boost 😳😳😳🚀🚀🚀

Method #5 for ps4
R2+R1+booster +slight hold of L2 to refill boost = Solid 128+boost every 10-15sec
i use the 4th method.. holding space/R1 to keep the fins in. but I repeatedly tap R2/W to recharge boost. I don't let go off it. I tap
I've been using method 3 so long its just how I use the bike without even thinking about it
And now I know. I knew something had to be going on when other people were flying past me. That shit made me go and check my engine upgrades.😅

But I sometimes use upside down to get to point a to point b

If you flip the Opressor MK2 and press the handbrake driving you can go a lot faster
Don't use Digizani for "cash drop". You get a bunch of duped arena cars to sell you can't plate with iFruit and you'll hit your daily limit immediately.
best way to do this is to create your own little race track job you can load into and get some real times.

Method 3 and 2 combine but no boost gives you 137 but also 124 when you go up and down
Don't forget airspeed airspeed you'll notice the difference of whatever vehicle you're flying at 850 ft basically that's three-quarters of the Maze Bank
method 5: fly inverted and backwards = the fastest
Method 6: Throw your PS4 away and get a Xbox!

Hello, method three IS ”on the ground” according to the game, RB activates hover mode instead of flight mode. I tested, they are the same speed and look the same.

Ive been using method 3 and the best part is that I discovered it myself. They way I noticed it is when the oppressor was on the road it was faster cuz the wings were closed. So I closed the wings and it was so much faster

I use planes cars bikes so I don’t get bored of using the same vehicle

You should try doing method 3 and 4 at the same time it's my favourite way of travelling with the oppressor
Oppressor 2 is awesome but i don't have Xbox live Gold so i can't test it but if it was in single player i would test
If you tap the trigger slightly fast your boost will recharge while still going full speed
You didn't hold the gas enough me and my buddy raced from LSIA to Zancudo I won with the let off the gas a bit method
I think it proves that even though it may technically be faster. To get you trigger in the exact position everytime is nearly impossible. Overall it's better to just hold down the hand break. Less chance of inconsistency

On controller what is the right bumper
I sometimes get a glitch with Method 3 that makes it even faster. Seems fairly random though. Pull back on the left stick, bumper button pressed and accelerate and boost almost at the same time. The MK2 will retain the climb angle without left stick input and it goes way faster. Sometimes though it tries to do a back flip, where releasing the throttle stops that and slows it to normal speed. Thought my controller was faulty at first but happened when I switched from 360 to XB1 controllers (PC user).
