Thanks! kotegaeshi is totaly legit, it's just very low precentage, tbh I'd love to be the one to do it in mma haha, but that's very very hard

I think u guys kinda missed the point. The problem with Adam Mizner's demonstrations is that it doesn't look like he is moving enough, or using obvious leverage or joint manipulation to produce the effects he is producing. The examples you used are precisely using visible leverage and joint manipulation, which to me doesn't address the same issue.

Well that's because there's nothing remotely close to what mizner does in real martial arts, there's really no equivalent, but these that we picked are some techniques that often get called out as bullshido, appreciate the comment and criticism

@ looks like the bar for bullshido with some people is very low. These techniques are all reasonably practical, (very) low percentage but not bullshido by any means.

@Zz7722zZ yeah, that bar for most people on the internet is very low, anything that isn't clearely seen in the ufc is "bullshido" to them

Honestly, I don't know what was up with the Star Trek sketch intro. I ended up skipping it.

Yeah no worries, I put skippable chapters for this exact reason
