More like a mini empire here..you can be your very king or queen 👑..😂😂😂😂 this hunting estate will suit my extended family,we can all live together..both my parents side,all the kid’s grandkids and great and great grandchildren and so on..just perfect for me..
I would turn it into a conservation I’m not one for hunting and the way people are today you wouldn’t be short on visitors, one thing it definitely needs is a swimming pool for all the wildlife to come and drink from 😂. Great video again guys you always do the properties justice.

It seem to be more like a hotel - with those numerous rooms! :O And the nature around is just AWESOME! Oh I love those lovely deers... How can it be possible for them to be hunted? :( But I understand the variety of people and opinions... That's what makes this planet a gorgeous place :) Oh I love how you talked in Spanish :D Since I'm a language LOVER :) And after my getting fluent in Italian, I'll jump into completing my German (which I learnt at my early 20s and forgot most of it...) Is the property fenced up? I would not use it as a hunting lodge but a safari park, where people can come and camp and explore with killing the animal and maybe introduce a brewery /winery
To those who would convert the land to a nature preserve; The animals on the land would quickly over-breed and starvation and disease would soon follow, creating a sustainable environment would require the resources of a University or similar institution, just something to consider. For Americans, the land is over 12.3 square miles. Amazing there are only 3 caretakers, thank them if you ever get a chance, they work hard for their money.

This property have too many strange features that requires change/removal. Upgrading to today's comforts will be another 16M. This property is more like 5-10M. And still would be difficult to unload.
