I think the serie didn’t explained this very well but Claudia split herself at the apocalypse time (exactly when martha and joans split themself too), so one Claudia keeps serving the cycle and the other is figuring out about regina is not part of the knot. Because of that Joans got so surprised when Claudia shows up in the last ep. He didn’t expect see her again because she was already dead by noah. 🤯
One of the many reasons I'm glad you skipped the season 3 trailer: the Jonas tackling Alt Martha scene is in the trailer.

1:45: Because that means that virtually everyone are descendents of Egon and Hannah: Silja, Noah, Agnes, Charlotte, Franziska, Elisabeth, Tronte, Ulrich, Mads, Magnus, Martha, Mikkel, Jonas and the Unknown.
Alt Egon was send by Eva to save Hannah to preserve this family tree. Because Mikkel and Ulrich didn't get missing and Stranger Jonas doesn't exist in world B, Hannah has to get back in time on a different way to conceive Silja. That is one of the fine examples that things happen differently but happen. Another example is how Ulrich beats the shit out of Helge.
And know we know why Agnes takes up with Doris: to destroy the Tiedemanns' marriage so that desperate Egon can screw Hannah so that Silja exists and consequently Noah and Agnes. Agnes perserves her own existence. Like Elisabeth does when she and Charlotte bring baby Charlotte to Tannhaus. And yes, Hannah travelling to 1954 is another causal loop.
Eva's family tree shows Tronte as Regina's father. That was a red herring. Eva just didn't know who Regina's father was and, like most people, assumed it was Tronte. So while the family tree spoils the Silja/Bartosz reveal, it sets up this twist.
Yes, that was strongly suggested. Not just by Eva who assumed so, but also by Jana and Tronte. Only Claudia knew the truth.
@@Nikioko And she also must have lied to Eva so that Eva never suspects Claudia would be willing to break the knot. For what Eva knows, Claudia wants to preserve the knot since Regina is allegedly part of it.
5:48: "Without a third dimension nothing is complete". That is exactly what Tannhaus told Jonas in season 1. Back then we thought that these three dimensions are past, present and future or the years 1953, 1986 and 2019. The number three is very important in this show. It is no coincidence that there are three seasons. Or the 33 years time interval. And of course the triquetra symbol.
And yes, the invention of time travel itself is the real origin.
11:10: Claudia knows that because she heard it on the radio way back in the beginning of season 2.

Claudia does it all for Regina to live. She even has to decide between Regina and Egon. And do you remember what young Regina said about Claudia? That she was cold-hearted and never had time for her. That is actually the opposite of the truth.
And Claudia is, apart from Tannhaus, the smartest person in the show. She gave private lessons to Helge, took over the leadership of the power plant, immediately saw that the figures were forged, figured out from the real figures that they created the god particle by accident. She has a vast analytical mind, makes her own investigation in both worlds and solely finds the answer, unnoticed by Adam and Eva for a long time. Those two, however, only knew what's going on in their own world and were fighting each other over and over again so that they overlooked that there was a third party participating in the game.
Yea repeat watching needs something complex or at least a lot of time in between viewings. (In my opinion)

And remember Claudia was highly educated. Jonas may have gotten his GED and went to collage. But, we have no proof of that. As far as we know he dropped out of HS.
