Yung owner po ng property is Anahaw Farms? Meaning subdivided lot po ba ito? Nakaseparate na po ba ang title nyan? Also, may access po ba yan sa farm 24/7 since doon ang entrance papunta sa lot?

5,034,000 seems a little bit expensive for the property
Lipa City properties especially the subdivision lots are much coveted now a days and this is still more affordable than the most famous ones here like Malarayat or the new ones like Alveo or the one near Balete exit.
