Good afternoon sir, Your class are so good and very usefull to all Sir I have a small about this topic *In the oogenesis process . In mitosis process the cells are dividing In two the one cells that form to ovum the another follicle cells are distorying* My question is how the cell are destroying and the destroyed cell are how destroy in our body*
Thank you for u explanation I have a doubt sir if sperm won't enter the vagina means secondary oocyte is released during menstruation aa sir but u told that menstrual flow has unfertilized ovum explain me plzzz sir

Hi sir I've a doubt, what will be the answer for this question ,how many polar bodies are formed during oogenesis sir?? Even though it's degenerating !
Sir meiosis will bring four haploid in such case ....at the end it should result in four cells but you supposed to tell two cells ...pls explain it sir
Meiosis resulting in 4 daughter haploid cells is seen in spermatogenesis. But in Oogenesis, there's unequal division of cytoplasm to the daughter cells, meaning at the end of first meiosis, 2 daughter cells are formed but entire cytoplasm from the parent cell goes into only one daughter cell (secondary oocyte) and the other daughter cell becomes 1st polar body. During 2nd meiotic division, secondary oocyte divides into 2 cells, but again there's unequal division of cytoplasm, leading to one daughter cell (mature oocyte) getting all cytoplasm and the other daughter cell becomes a polar body. Also the 1st polar body formed at the end of meiosis I also divides forming 2 polar bodies. So at the end we have 1 mature oocyte and 3 polar bodies
Sir I Have One Dout.... Meiosis 1 and 2 Nadakrapa cell Divide aaguthu....lpolar body form Aaguthu...... Andha Polar Body Marupdiyum Divide aaguma sir Illa Degenerate aairuma...plz Ans Pannunga Sir
The 1 st polar body formed at the end of meiosis I, divides again, forming 2 more polar bodies. At the end of meiosis II, we have 1 mature oocyte and 3 polar bodies. Polar bodies generally degenerate. Sometimes polar body biopsy is done for prenatal genetic screening. In some species, the polar body may re-merge with the egg cell, effectively fertilizing it. This can result in a viable embryo that has only one parent, a process called parthenogenesis.
Ovum(primary oocyte) completes its meiosis I and enters meiosis II but gets arrested in metaphase stage of meiosis II just 3 hours before ovulation(now we call it secondary oocyte). Meiosis II is complete only after fertilisation i.e. only after a sperm penetrates a secondary oocyte.
sir, what happens to that polar body? and after a female undergoes tubectomy ,only the endometrium layer gets degrades and the ovary are not ruptured and released then where does this ovary gets accumilated? and in my mock test i got a question that when one ovary of a female is removed surgically then how does menstrual cycle will happen? but i gave a answer that menstrual cycle will occur alternatively at every month but its wrong.
@@gayukarthi7661 menstruation continues because endometrium which is shed is due to hormonal changes (Estrogen and progesterone). There's no clear cut rule that ovaries release ova alternatively. So if one ovary is removed it doesn't mean that menstruation will occur once in 2 months. In tubectomy only a part of fallopian tube is cut and ligated. Ovary is not removed in tubectomy. So the endometrial changes continue because of hormonal changes. The aim of tubectomy is to prevent fertilisation. For that we need to prevent sperm from meeting ovum. If we ligate the tube, there's no fertilisation. The ovum released by the ovary if it's not fertilised, it'll automatically undergo apoptosis and degrade. In oopherectomy surgery, ovaries are removed. Now there's no estrogen/progesterone to prime the endometrium. So endometrium atrophies.
As primordial follicles(primary oocyte surrounded by flat epithelial cells) begin to grow, surrounding follicular cells change from flat to cuboidal and proliferate to produce a stratified epithelium of granulosa cells, and the unit is called a primary follicle
Sir one humble request sir please.... Please Sir if possible please can u upload the current neet model papers of (full syllabus) Gpcc in our telegram group sir please sir... B
Yes atresia occurs after birth also. total number of primary oocytes at birth is estimated to vary from 600,000 to 800,000. During childhood, most oocytes become atretic;only approximately 40,000 are present by the beginning of puberty, and fewer than 500 will be ovulated. Some oocytes that reach maturity late in life have been dormant in the diplotene stage of the first meiotic division for 40 years or more before ovulation
Secondary oocyte released during every ovulation will degenerate in 24-48 hours if it's not fertilised by a sperm. During menstruation, endometrium is shed
Actually secondary oocyte dha every month release aavum and if the sperm triggers it will lead to meiosis 2 and the zygote will be formed ..if the sperm is not triggering , the secondary oocyte will degenerate , this is called as menstruation
In future, your channel will be highly recognised.congrats 😀😀

Sir meiosis will bring four haploid in such case ....at the end it should result in four cells but you supposed to tell two cells ...pls explain it sir
THE PROCESS MEIOSIS INCLUDES MEIOSIS1AND MEIOSIS 2 TOTALLY 4 CELLS

Polar body degenerates, and As usual menstrual cycle happens

sorry for disturbing sir, how does usual menstrual cycle will happen bcoz for every month alternatively egg is released from each ovary
