    Thanks for the video. It was really helpful. However, could you help me on how I can add letters showing whether the treatments are statistically significant or not. I don't just want to use geom_text function to add it as a text. I want it to be computed just like other statistics and indicated on the error bars. Thank you

      Dear I am not sure whether you can put lettering above bars other than using geom_text function. I would recommend to add below function by adjusting arguments
      geom_text(aes(label=len), vjust=-0.3, size=3.5)
