    I'm a personal trainer, and use bands often. I have the Foot Plate, and the mini-bands, and plan on buying their whole 41" set. MY GOODNESS! The best products on the market. I even pay the shipping from Canada because the bands are nearly indestructible, and the plate is incredible.
    And the EXERCISES! That wrist roller is brilliant. I'm going to use that tomorrow with a client. Thank you so much!

    the loop you tie with on the rod is called a Lark Knot 😊 thank you for these

      Thank you. I got it now lark head, cow hitch, I can never remember the correct name whenever I'm filming lol 😆. I used to call it a slipknot but all the haters were telling me that was wrong.
