Coach rac knows. I only shampoo my hair once a week maybe twice if I’ve been getting dirty working outside or something. Shampooing every day or too often strips your scalp of natural oils which your scalp responds by producing more oil. If you wash your hair less your hair can go a longer period without getting greasy. use nizoral shampoo over head and shoulders and always condition after washing. If you’re have flakey scalp or a lot of oily build up it’s almost always caused by natural yeast, not a dry scalp. Hats+sweat+humidity&heat causes this yeast to grow. Nizoral has anti-fungal called Ketoconazole in it which will kill this within a few uses and prevents it. Head and shoulders does not have Ketoconazole.

@jcollins232323 just saying sit ups won't really help your core a ton. If you really want to do good core work then you should do things like weighted crunches where you can progressively overload with and actually gain muscle
