I can symphatize, and so can the youtuber. As he said, people make hundreds of games. I have made at least 120 unsuccessful projects, currently they're more like 140 and that is through the span of 6 years. I don't find myself as motivated to do stuff now, but i don't have any means to switch off roblox since it's exactly what i want - well supported, easy multiplayer, most things you'll want are free.

@@hx_rtk6677 Not much from tags but likely the words donation game/afk game gets searched a lot and, since players spend more time playing his game than others, and spend more robux, it gets pushed up in search.
This presents an opportunity, where if you can find something people search a lot on Roblox but there aren’t many decent games for, you can make a good game and capitalize on the opportunity to get players.
Sounds cool! I would personally try to make something simple that can make robux to fund it. You will also need to go all in improving your skills in all areas and learn everything you can in development, then apply it so you can finish your game.

Also a tip: ads arent that affective. Most people will not click on ads, use the sponsored ads genre instead.
Yeah, I use an adblocker and dont even see ads
late response but they do, ive seen a game grow from 100 to 7000 players active from ads.
