@@Filiazz.m4dness It's literally the camera. If y'all were to actually go out to this crossing and watch it in person with your own two eyeballs, you'd see the lights would be working perfectly fine. The refresh rate of the LEDs just happens to line-up with the camera's frame rate at times, which causes them to appear to be "off" when they're actually on.
