Of course! These are Vergali resistance bands/Booty bands and I am using the light resistance one in this video. I bought them via Amazon but they have their own store/website.
i’ve noticed that i have much better control when using this breathing technique and didn’t know it actually had a name. but my only scare was; is it possible to get a hernia from using this technique?
Is it possible? Yes, but I would say incredibly unlikely *especially* if you are balancing it with back breathing and side rib expansion. The tricky thing about breath is we often get tunnel vision and focus on only one side of our 360 core/breath support capabilities.
@@ClaireGallowaySoprano can you dive more into what you’re saying? are you speaking about the inhalation part when it comes to the 360 breathing? and focusing on keeping everything you expanded, while inhaling, expanded upon exhaling?
Yes, all of the above. While focusing on this "lean" or "appoggio" you also need to think about keeping your lower back long so there is balance to the sound (and to your posture)@@timothydeffebaugh
Great and clear explanation. Thank you.
Thanks so much - glad it was helpful!
May I know where you got your resistance band? It seems very elastic therefore it might be life changing to help feel this exercise
