lol as a former machine-operator I can assure you this video is the real deal! Also it's quite nice the operator honored this request. Factory management doesn't like this and usually employees signed not to do this.
I've worked with documentary makers on the job. The video's you've seen being made inside factories are heavily scripted and planned. Days before filming the 'set' gets a deep clean (so you can actually film through a clean window), painters are hired to give machines a fresh new coating, people on screen are being trained how to handle what they want to show, and product that's shown on screen almost always is waste because the process has to be stopped usually in between takes. Therefore a batch of product has been wasting too much time in a dryer for example, which isn't good for quality. The factory you work with, wants extremely clean representation, or it doesn't happen usually. When you want a decent processing video, it's very expensive for all those reasons.
