You cant withdraw the $100 in cash too, its there for your account maintenance and card, if you need access dollar card, they will charge you from the $100 and card maintenance every year.

Possibly, I don't use an iPhone so I can't say for sure.
How much is the card maintenance fee
Also how do I get to fund it since I can't use the one on ny domiciliary acc
Maintenance is free...so far.
You fund via inflow transfers (like someone transfers to you from another access Dom account)

Please Shuaibu does this card work on skrill? Because I just tried doing a transfer and it showed me that the card was declined by the issuer
