Jaci❤ not sure if you’re interested in this type of healthcare, but I was having similar hormonal symptoms as you have been and I started seeing a naturopath to help. Within 6 months my issues are basically solved. No acne, my periods are easier and regulated. Especially if they could do a GI microbiome and Dutch test, that helped me learn what specifically what was happening in my body. It was life changing for me so I wanted to share. ❤️

Jaci! I have been watching your channel for awhile and love the content!! All the ivf, hormonal acne, period symptoms etc is really interesting to me & I appreciate the vulnerability! I feel like you would benefit soooo much from seeing a functional health or integrative health doctor/provider. I work in that specialty and we run a lot more specific lab work (in depth thyroid panel, hormone panel, micronutrients, MTHFR gene mutation - very common) and it is very telling to the patient’s symptoms!!! We aren’t a “fertility clinic” but sometimes when we fix the patient’s chief complaint of acne, fatigue etc, they end up getting pregnant because everything is in balance. Acne and “pms” symptoms are reason to believe hormones are not in balance with each other. Just wanted to throw that out there 💗
thank you for this! i actually did see a doctor like that and they told me all my hormones are normal! which confused me more lol maybe i need to get a second opinion. but as for our fertility stuff, that is an issue that we think stems from Leif’s childhood cancer (we have gotten testing done) so IVF is really our only option for getting pregnant. ❤️

Yay I had been waiting for a new vlog! Just a thought I wanted to share- friend to friend. I’ve dealt with the same symptoms you have- acne and bad periods and they were related to imbalanced hormones and poor liver health. When our liver isn’t functionally optimally, our hormones cannot regulate properly. I bet supporting and detoxing your liver would really help. Just something you could mention to your natural medicine doctor, if you’re still seeing one. Sending love!

I wanted to mention this in case it could help at all. On a episode a while ago, you were discussing ADHD and wondering if you had it. I would definitely encourage you to seek out more information and have a look into it, as what you described is what I dealt with until I got my ADHD diagnosis. ADHD can present very differently in everyone, especially in females. I just wanted to let you know, what you described could possibly be that.😊😊

I am sure you’ve answered this, but have you been worked up for endometriosis? The symptoms that you always describe sound, exactly like endometriosis, and like what I was experiencing. Given that endometriosis is only diagnosable through surgery, if you can find a doctor that’s willing to do it, I would say do it. It never shows on images, or in bloodwork or anything, but through the surgery they found that I had stage three endometriosis, and after they removed everything my life got so much better. love you♥️♥️♥️
