kenmore series 700 control panel replacement. W11192408, W11114776.

today we have a kenmore series 700 with a defective control panel. customer complaint, they were having difficulties executing commands here and there.
in other cases the machine will give a dong sound whenever you press any button. if this happens you have a door latch problem not the control panel.

Do you have a a video showing how to take the cabin cover off?? Does the metal sheet in back have to be completely unscrewed?

My washer machine only works in low water small loads don't know why if I load it full it will fill up water to the top then right after drains the water out without washing them cloths

it seams you are experiencing an issue with either you balancing sensor or a weaker gear case/rotor. when you do a small cycle does your clothes come out fully dried up or are abnormally damped?

@@smpreciseappliancerepair.355 they come out just fine like a regular wash perfect but not in a medium or full wash load
