    Oh my Glo!!!! This is a fantastic tutorial!!! I am so glad you showed every detail how to use this mill. You showed how simple it is to use. I want to buy one!! You are great at explaining every detail. When I am new at using something, that’s what I need, explicit instructions 😀
    You & my sister would have clicked too. She was an amazing woman. She milled her own wheat, made her own fermented vegetables and Kombucha. As I said earlier she was in charge of 2 co-op’s, not just one. She was a huge advocate of the Westin A Price foundation as well. A real homemaker 🥰Thanks for doing a video on how to operate this Wonder Mill!!! It will make things so easy for me when I decide to buy one!!❤️🥰😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

      Thank you Viola, I learn the same way. I would of loved to have met your sister. You are so much like her. Sounds like she was always busy. I am going to look into that Azure Coop as well. Not sure if they deliver here. I do know they provide alot of products. ❤😊🥰

    Glo, This was a fantastic overview of your grain mill. I really appreciate you taking the time to describe how it works and what each part does. I apologize for not watching your video earlier. I have wanted to watch every second of this video and take it all in. I had a lot of questions for you about it and this was perfect. I was wondering where you purchased your grain. It sounds like you are getting an excellent deal buying in bulk. This is a really special kitchen tool and something that many people would love to learn about. I hope that you are having a great week, my dear friend. I really loved learning about your mill. 😊✨🙏

      The majority I purchased thru Breadbeckers in Georgia. They have a Coop that delivers 3 times a year to our area. I purchased approximately 140 lbs thru them. Shipping was around $26 Shelf life is forever, the way they prepare them. They treat them with nitrogen which kills the bugs ect. Some of the grains I purchase thru our local Coop in the bulk dept. All of the grains are organic.

    How do you know when your flour bin is full? Is there a window or can you just tell by the sound?

    • @gloskindredkitchen5305
      @gloskindredkitchen5305  7 дней назад

      Great question. It will hold up to 12 cups of flour. I would not grind more than 8 cups of grain. It mills very fast. About 3 minutes for 8 cups of grain.

      There is no window. After all the grains are ground the sound pitch changes as the blades are self cleaning.

    OK, that was it for me Glo, when you lifted the lid it was magic. I have seen so many mills on the internet and RUclips, but it's overwhelming, I stopped and gave up for now. I want to do it for health reasons as you mentioned, it is so healthy to make your own bread and to be able to mill your own flour you are certain of all the ingredients, and I am always about that when I can do it. I looked this one up, and they have one that does beans as well, did you ever do that?, because I would like to try that as well for recipes and such. Furthermore, I looked on Amazon and 0ne was $300 and the other $349. I'll check some more into yours as well as a few more models, thank you for a wonderful video and I look forward to seeing your bread! I saw a very pretty wood model a bit smaller, but don't know much about it, but I am so limited on counter space as well as storage space, Vinny is about to evict me!! Lol🍞🥖🫓🥐😊

      You can grind dry beans in it. I bought mine thru breadbeckers in Georgia. You can call them. They were very helpful. Since we live in a high humidity area they recommended the wondermill. It is one of the faster grinding mills and has stainless steel blades. They have many videos on RUclips showing how to grind the flours and recipes and videos on baking wirh the flours.i learned alot from them. Her name is Sue Becker.
