I'm really impressed with 12 so far. It seems like they've taken a bunch of critiques from the community to heart. I think what makes me most excited for the future is the fact that max4live is now embedded into the piano roll, I can only imagine what 3rd party tools will end up in there eventually.
47:30 - literally the first idea I had when I heard about the similar sounds thing! Been using ultimate vocal remover to stem out drums and then use those stems to search for similar sounds. or you Also can use shaper box to extract drums from songs since usually things are sidechained so there's usually enough of the dum to use for the "similar sounds" search.
Would be great if you guys do a video of how these features translate to the Push. I hear many features won't be available on the Push 3 which has many implications for the standalone Push 3 users.

alot of the new performance features remind me alot of functions of elektron gear which is awesome because they got so much stuff right for live performance and i missed so much of that in ableton really an insane update gonna get it asap
