Depends on the brand of curry you're using, once I am not using my own curry, I add some tumeric powder, roasted ground geera and amchar masala to the curry that I am using.

When cutting, first, foremost only one object should move ,either your hands(ingredients in hand) or the knife...or else, finger foods 😅😅..you don't want to loose a part of your thumb, like I did....enjoy
