@Eueudhdh He's pulling down on the mouse, videos of him doing it. If you pull down with a recoil hack, your gun will also go down rather than stay level.
Im so sick of all these locker videos. Honestly anyone of us has done this many times throughout bf4 lifetime. Its not impressive anymore. Go do it on the bigger maps and we might be impressed. #sickofseeinglockervids
