Try Aug A3. one of best guns in the game for aggressive medic player. High DPS and accuracy while moving side to side, not so slow reload speed. aug a3 is better than l85 when you go for headshots while moving (also one of highest bullet velocity in the game)

No wonder you do so well, 1 single player over 100 ping. Here in the States, any and every server I play on has 60% or higher with 150+ ping.

Come and play on the BR server with whatever ping you want, play locker, you're a crop. On those servers there's mostly tryhards that play since release, and this guy farms them. I've played with low ping both on NA and in the BR server, out of both you'll find out the highest amount of tryhards on BR.
