What went wrong? My guess is, they saw it on a computer and found it amazing! But right after the building phase began, reality set in and they had to either make cuts or end some projects right away! It's because they have no experience with the development of such buildings/Parks/Facilities, they wanted everything to be built right away, instead of letting it grow from Big to Bigger to Biggest! They have fallen victim to their own expectations!
