No point blaming the colonial mapping etc. Rather, it is the misgivernance, majoritarianism, and attempt to usurp tribal lands....that constitute the bases of conflicts. The Indiañ state, as a part of its protective discrimination extended certain institutional & legal safguards for tribals. The majoritarian policy n conduct of the state to erode these protective institutional & legal meadures provides the context for enduring conflicts.
