Companies need to send first to where the KNOW a phone will sell best. Like Sony shipping to China for almost two months before shipping to the USA. That and there could be additional other local hurdles for certifications or regulatory issues. Other than that. No idea.
@@SomeGadgetGuy I did a survey with my group members in the photography group of smartphone on Facebook which device is most interesting to you that is about to be announced, so the pixel 6 pro was in first place by a large margin over the iphone 13 pro max
It's stuff like this that needs to be factored more heavily in a discussion of "value". Good software design (and software support that improves performance over several years of use) is a "feature" worth paying for. When combined with crazy battery life, I think that's a better combo of features than having a more power SOC or a larger camera sensor. The tough spot for folks in India though, Pixel isn't gonna ship there.
@@SomeGadgetGuy definitely will fit to a target audience... Als software features I feel are really tough to market/advertise.. There will be people like me who will be intrigued with these software features but at the end of the day i think ill lean on what has most hardware.. I use Honor View 10, works well even now (though tempted with how newer phone cameras have advanced) , n i had choice to buy this or oneplus 5T and ended up choosing view 10 as it had more storage n ir blaster, such a convenient one.. this is just my observation, but I feel here in India, unless Xiaomi/Redmi makes does something disruptive, rest of the market really wont do much... Like currently, ever since Redmi launched their note 10 pro with 120hz OLED screen n added stereo speakers , brands like Realme, Motorola started to sell phones with the same..
Sure. But even for ALL those hardware differences, ask your family, your parents, aunts, uncles "Do you want a 120Hz screen, or a phone that could probably handle three days of your use away from a charger?"
@@SomeGadgetGuy this is just based on my observation, but as far as i see, not all parents are willing to spend for phones beyond 250$ and there are parents who are so brand conscious they'll settle either Samsung or Motorola or maybe Apple(the margin is small compared to the west)(it's crazy that my friends once shifted to US, Canada or Australia have all transitioned to iPhone) Its true that parents, uncles, aunts generally are not savvy about refresh rate or SoC but i do see the curiosity in them watching tech reviews n making a purchase decision these days..

Too bad its not selling in Israel 🤷🏽♂️
Thanks for the review 👌🏼
Distribution is rough all over, for MOST manufacturers. These last two years gonna tank competition in a number of places.
Companies need to send first to where the KNOW a phone will sell best. Like Sony shipping to China for almost two months before shipping to the USA. That and there could be additional other local hurdles for certifications or regulatory issues. Other than that. No idea.
import from the united states then

I did a survey with my group members in the photography group of smartphone on Facebook which device is most interesting to you that is about to be announced, so the pixel 6 pro was in first place by a large margin over the iphone 13 pro max
All you really need is a Pixel. New ad campaign for Google? 😉
Honestly, I literally felt you were beating around bush the entire video... Dude, be specific and detailed...
Show me anyone else that legit discusses software design and ergonomics with this kind of detail and Ill take this comment seriously.
@@SomeGadgetGuy Nice reply
Damn, makes me wants to get pixel phone and makes me even more excited for pixel 6 series! Although the value for money is questionable for India 😐
@@SomeGadgetGuy this is just based on my observation, but as far as i see, not all parents are willing to spend for phones beyond 250$ and there are parents who are so brand conscious they'll settle either Samsung or Motorola or maybe Apple(the margin is small compared to the west)(it's crazy that my friends once shifted to US, Canada or Australia have all transitioned to iPhone)
Its true that parents, uncles, aunts generally are not savvy about refresh rate or SoC but i do see the curiosity in them watching tech reviews n making a purchase decision these days..
@@SomeGadgetGuy i personally am surprised to see number of people talking about buying OnePlus or Mi phones these days...
