I flew to an anime convention in Seattle from California, and lowkey, it was an expensive experience, but at least I broke even on most of my expenses?! What else should I try doing in my first year of artist alley?...
Looks like you had a good time. As long as you made back expenses it makes for a good convention revenue wise. Also, you mentioned you want to do art full time which is awesome. Lots of artists do get up to that point where they can so I hope the same does happen for you to pursue your passion as the main source of income. Keep up the good work! From one dealer vendor to another artist vendor.
I definitely had a great time meeting more people and indulging in the solo travel experience! Thank you for your support and I hope we all become successful vendors in this space :D glad to be uplifting the community together
yeah! usually, I get a sales permit for the area/state, but some events have specific forms you'd fill out when applying/sending in supplementary information to the organizers.
Nice video! Love your chill vibes! I hope i don‘t sound rude for giving a small feedback but i would really appreciate it if you could let the floating texts in the video stay a little longer! It‘s really quick and hard to read 😅
Wait that’s actually a really good tip since I’m working on the next video at the moment, I’m definitely extending the length of the small text! Thank you so much for your support and feedback 🫡
excellent body of work. rip the gopro D: cinematic advice: if you have drone footage, utilize it more. make title screens with it. add text over it. add some cinematic ass music on top of it. slo mo it. the footage looks really good but we need more of it !!

May I ask when you travel do you get a sales license for that area/state?
yeah! usually, I get a sales permit for the area/state, but some events have specific forms you'd fill out when applying/sending in supplementary information to the organizers.
Oh my gosh, I know you don't want to leave your table unattended but please don't hold it in all day. You could really hurt yourself. 😱
@@augustawickmanart If I have to scram to the bathroom I’ll make a quick trip though! Thank you for looking out for me 🥹
