Roasted Drumstick Sabzi || Drumstick Curry || Sahajan Ki Sabzi || Krishna's Cuisine

Hare Krishna !!
Try out this unique Roasted Drumstick sabzi which has a wonderful flavour of Smoky drumsticks and spices. This sabzi is a must try and can be prepared anytime.
Servings - 4
Ingredients :
8 drumstick
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp cumin seed
¼ tsp asafoetida or hing
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ inch chopped ginger
3 chopped tomatoes
Salt to taste
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
Garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves
