I'm having issues with creating a smart map with the PrettyCare R1 Max. I can't create a map without going into a cleaning cycle, and then it always seems to loose the station after an hour of moving around, and creates a new environment. It adding a room name to a map once, but only found the one room. I manually told it to go to an unmapped area, which it mapped, but never let me turn it into a room.
Having the exact same problem with mine, it’s a great machine, but the problem is the third-party junkie app, and Does not have a good review!! it’s amazing spending $1300 for a machine with such a horrible app
@@opieordopey7934 The control has gotten worse. It gets lost everywhere, which drains the battery before even completing one room. The vacuum is no longer on amazon or their own website. The app has been removed from the Play store. I contacted the manufacturer, and they could not help me with anything.
There is potential here if they can come in at a good price, but far too buggy at the moment. If they can refine the software and do what they seem to be able too and the price is good, this could have a proper place in the market for sure.
Just sent mine back. Not ready for prime time. the review does not cover any long term usage. I had mine a week and it started messing up the 3rd day. support is useless. they only quote the manual which Duhhhh I can read.....
I am not having any success connecting it to my wi fi, any suggestions?
I love my robot-awesome product for a great price. I have two Shepherds and it keeps my floors immaculate

Thanks for being so concise to the point. I'm in the market of a robot vac and I'll definitely check it out!
Have there be any software updates? Would love to see if this has improved at all
How does it do when it comes to a ledge?
I set the setting for mopping and it runs but the pads I dry. What am I missing?

Spot on, currently on their website shows sold out.
Hi Nathan, which robot 's mopping is the best so far asper ur observation
My top favorites are the Roborock S7, Dreametech L10s Ultra, Brava Jet m6
The instructions state you must keep the docking station in an area where there are no objects within 1'6" on either side.
Mine took a crap after 5 months. It goes backwards and says to clean anti-fault senors. Can anyone help?
Roborock is literally the only brand that doesn’t put a screen or buttons on the dock, like come on man
At least Narwal has 😊. The have the Auto Refilling Water tank and drain system too
@@RobotMasters Narwal is not Roborock tho
@@MrBlueCreeper LOL 😆
@@RobotMasters XD
@@RobotMasters you should review the Bissell ReadyClean A3 robot. It competes with the Braava M6
Where are the iRobot videos?
Haven't had a chance to try out their latest model. I mainly been focused on reviewing other brands.
@@RobotMasters cool
