Formed in 1990 and releasing their first two EPs in 1993 and 1995, respectively, Quicksand emerged out of the post-hardcore and alternative metal scene -- often being compared to bands like Fugazi and Helmet, to name a few.

I wasn’t turned onto these guys until 2016-at 26!-but I’ve come to know Slip as well as my back yard. ‘Interiors’ is also stellar.
