This MU is for Kazuya. Samus can keep distance but not forever and is a combo food for Kazuya. So, you have to play perfect with Samus and also be so fucking cautious, because Kazuya Reflector is the strongest in the game and can kill Samus at 0% if its 90% charged. You cant play aggressive with Samus against Kazuya. And yes, this is said by Sisqui and Quik.

Not only is Yaura an up and coming Samus, but there are a few japanese pros that have played against both him and Sisqui and said Yaura was the better Samus. He also plays relatively aggressive for a samus and has a much better chance of winning next time if he camps hard

It is pretty ridiculous what crap Kazuya can get away with. Watching Dabuz play him, there were so many interactions that Kazuya just powered through even when Rosa had the correct option and great spacing.
