Authors Gerald Monk and Marie-Natalie Beaudoin held a virtual book launch where they discussed the history of the idea of writing their book, their favorite parts, and the distribution of the book. They also discussed their intended audience, which is primarily practitioners, and how they decided to target this group. The authors also shared their favorite parts of the book and their hopes for the future. The book, which includes 40+ ways to support the emergence of flourishing identities, is now available in the US and Europe.
