Removal and Installation of Hyundai Genesis Radio, Navigation, Display, Year, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 for repair.
Would you happen to know if this is the procedure to follow to remove the tweeter in the center of the dashboard? I know there's a grille on top, but I don't see an entry point to sacely remove it without damaging the dashboard itself.
Thank you for the video? Would I have to reprogram if I install new head unit (And how if I have to)? Or is everything plug and play and I can just plug new one in and be ok? Thank you!
You should have yours repaired. The new one is too expensive. Please check with your local Hyundai dealership.
@@HiTechElectronic I was planning on buying a used headunit, would that be fine?
hi man . thanks for this video. pls put more video about Hyundai and Kia cars
Great Video
hi, do you know if u can put a 2018 G80 9.2 inch head unit into a 2015 one?
Did you ever find out if you can i was thinking about doing the same thing
Would I need a code/pin number(s) to enter for radio or GPS system, after reinstalling everything back? I picked up my 2016 Genesis used and didn't come with any codes or pins to reset after disconnecting the battery or the system itself.
No code needed.
can you figure out how to get andriod auto on the ultimate package for 2015
You can search on the Hyundai website for the infotainment system upgrade. You will need a computer and SD card more than 16 GB though. But the upgrade is free
@@josemaldonado9117 thats not what i was asking, 9.2 ultimate with jog dial doesnt have car play
@@D1aNdOnLyNiCkx3 do your own research then
@@josemaldonado9117 ive been i ment it by have you figured a way its like a dead end
You'll probably have to get an entire new head unit to fit in its place. That specific model doesn't offer the Android auto/Apple car play.
That's what I'm doing with mine.
good job
