The all black outfit at the end was super cool especially with the shadow project tee. I personally wouldn't recommed this one for day-wear in summer but for evening or night trips it would be perfect. (long pants - no bug bites on legs)
So for a noragi replacement; a more luxury replacement could be the "Norato" from Prospective Flow, or you could just search through Etsy for a noragi or yukata type jacket; there's lots of vintage jackets as well as indie Etsy sellers doing modern takes on these clothes.
no socks with sandals?!thanks for the ideas Antwon. I like this style of vid so I can get a better idea of fits that work. YES to the how to style holsters/bags etc. Also normie looks blended into my wardrobe keeping me from that skool shootr look.
I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one to be interested in an "accessories" video. It might be an easier or different way to get into "techwear" and it also has a lot of functionality. Holsters/messengers/backpacks...there is a lot to choose from and a quick guide could be really helpful for some people.
Apologies for the off topic comment, but I was wondering how cloudburst pants fit? Are they true to size? I'm looking at the Just.Pants_HLB and I want to make sure they fit for that PRICEY price. I'm usually a US size L, but I have pretty big legs. I love the loose-but-tappered kind of look the pants have, so I was considering an XL. Any advice?
in the Philippines, temp range from 25deg to 40deg Celsius during summer, techwear here is more likely lounge wear almost all year long. (3rd world techwear)
Need the items names up on the screen or something I can’t find some of the items you speak about. No harm but we don’t need to see ur face so much lol
The hamcus flex was great. I’m still rocking the a cold wall x vomero’s in black all summer. Now with shorts they’ve been really catching people’s eyes. Still need to get the white ones. That shoe is soooo comfy.
Thank you for this video, Anton! It's what I wanted to see! I appreciate it! _____ Additional video ideas I'd love you to cover: 1. Techwear accessories (maybe this dips into what you mentioned in this video: Styling bags/holsters), perhaps you could cover functional wallets, futuristic wallets, bracelets, jewelry, sunglasses, mods, strap kits, multitools, maybe even futuristic iron on patches? 2. I would love for you to do a video talking about this article: gen.medium.com/techwears-gender-problem-604554d6a321 I find it very frustrating that a lot of these higher-end techwear companies just do clothing cuts directed at men. It feels really exclusive. There is absolutely a viable techwear market for women, nonbinary, and plus size people! 3. I'd love for you to do techwear as athleisure-- or athleisure as techware specific video. Taking athletic wear and MAKING it look techware. I'll admit that that's already what I do, and that this concept seems very weak to me, but maybe it makes sense to you? Keep up the great work!
Get yourself a karate gi and do a bit of DIY with dye. I've repurposed mine, and it looks great (btw, just gave it a big cuff so that it ends half way down my forearm).
Luv this vid. Definitely take your demonstration as reference. I'm a guy from Taiwan and the weather here is just hot af and humid. Sandals with Socks are common here, especially a sandal called Uneek which belongs to a brand called Keen. As for the shorts, I luv those made by Taiwan Brands such as Oqliq, Wisdom and Goopimade. Hope u check these brands out!
What size pants do you typical wear? Specifically from Acronym I've made some recent purchases and despite ordering what should be my size, everyone is slighty different. I have a similar build to you so I'm wondering what size you go for before I splurge a bigger purchase on some Acronym garments
ngl I'd kinda like to wear the Acronym Cape in summer if i had it some light leggins maybe under a light pair of sport shorts, combined with the f#ckithat and a sport tshirt, on top the cape, if it doesnt rain just use the straps. Storage via the saintsys holster or the Hamcus thing. Techninjary (or # techwear) flair tho maybe a bit over the top lol
It's from HAMCUS - I think the specific one is out of stock now sadly but it's worth keeping an eye on the site in case of restocks or they release any others
Hey! I normally wear size M - the blue/green one I wore with the HAMCUS shorts/hat is size M and the black Airism one I wore with the Acronym P30 is size L. Overall I'd say your regular size will provide a decent oversized fit and going a size up is more appropriate if you're specifically looking at wearing with other very wide/oversized items. Hope that helps!
ah cool, yeah I normally wear M too and I like more baggy fits on stuff so good to know. I was just making sure since I have a smaller frame and wanted to make sure if I sized up the shirt didn’t swallow me lol.
techwearers are blending in good in this day and age with them facemasks.
2020 is truly our year
Lowkey glad to wear facemask
The most important element of a summer outfit is definitely the ice cream.
✅ Tactical cooling abilities
✅ Delicious tropical flavour
✅ Stick can be used as a makeshift weapon
Yup, you're not wrong
Yeah the main effect this video had on me is now I'm craving a popsicle..
Can we get a list of the pieces.
I hope we get it
Nice one, was looking forward to this vid
Could you maybe give a list of names? Not links just names so we can find these pieces better ?
1. James
2. Sara
3. Octavia
4. Anthony
5. Miguel
6. Ben

Lol I’ve seen some of your posts on r/techwear and you got some fancy stuff
I like the pink btw
Thanks! The techwearclothing community has always been super supportive which honestly really helps with making content

love what your doing mate inspired me a lot
Thanks! Glad to hear it 😍
>summer outfits
>insulated prestos
Am I missing something or do you not have pores in your feet?
Outed for having poor circulation in my feet 😭
Your hair looks really good here, and great video by the way
Thanks so much!
so obvious that no one in tech lives in texas...

Nice emoji
You should list the items on the description, I'm having a hard time understanding one of the items showcased.
Appreciate the yorkshire pudding reference on a Sunday, mans in the know
see wearing long stuff in the summer is a free pass to getting beat by my parents

Model Ant clowning on voice-over Ant demonstrating the empty holster is the highlight of my day...
Well then. Maybe Ill actually be able to use this video THIS summer haha.

I highly recommend the Veilance Secant Comp shorts. Perfect fit, lightweight and super comfy.
Great shout - would love some Veilance shorts
The hamcus flex was great. I’m still rocking the a cold wall x vomero’s in black all summer. Now with shorts they’ve been really catching people’s eyes. Still need to get the white ones. That shoe is soooo comfy.
what is the Zipped Tee shirt ? 11:45
2:52 Suck it isnt available, that hat is something I'd deff buy
Looks ridiculous :D
Love the blue pants on minute 11. What are those?
I've never noticed but is that a mechanical keyboard over there
and it's lit up !
Lol post lockdown? Not in America!
Isn't that white t shirt from uniqlo with blade runner print
Cant get that oakley x samuel t shirt anywhere
Some great combos there - those Balenciaga shades are just insane and I love them
Tbh I'm not really a fan of the whole tactical holster thing. I think sling bags are a bit more convenient and look better
That's fair, should've mixed it up and included some slings in there
Hammer pants will never be cool.
Cracking vid Ant, well in. Into the holster / sidebar vid idea too!
Thanks! ♥
2:49 that rice paddie hat is way too much
5:19 where did you buy that holster
5/10 not enough crocs
Waiting on those Yeezy crocs to restock tbh 😎
Bruh what is your day job?
post lockdown summer? Man im already shopping for winter wears cause I'm def not hoping the outbreak to finish during summer
Thank you for this video, Anton! It's what I wanted to see! I appreciate it!

Jenn Fur really great article i just read
But it will defo take some time for techwear to be more available to females imo as its very male centric rn
god i want a pair of bambas

Wait, Uniqlo had stuff for Blade Runner??? Why did nobody tell me???

What’s the ID on the popsicle?
Waitrose own-brand Solero equivalent. Solid flavour but they fall off the stick very easily, I'd give it a 7/10 overall
ngl I'd kinda like to wear the Acronym Cape in summer if i had it

Snow Peak have a few noragis in different colors/fabrics and their stuff is always very top quality
Oooh thanks, I'll check 'em out
Where do you get that holster ?
It's from HAMCUS - I think the specific one is out of stock now sadly but it's worth keeping an eye on the site in case of restocks or they release any others
Like the "summery"/techwear inspired fits! Bravo mate! Keepem coming have your self a happy tech summer.
loool thanks, you too! 🙏
Can't get into the techwear green, but the preppy fit and the SISP tee fit are super nice.
🙌NEED🙌MORE🙌 COLORFUL🙌TECHWEAR🙌ON🙌THE🙌 CHEAP🙌
i remembered that you have more than 40k subs... my brain is messing with me
Your hair being white, its cool if all white so you can be kaneki and cracking your fingers in techweaf
Raihan R #techwear #cringe #edgy #crackingfinger #lol
niiiiicee.
hey ant what size do you normally get in tees because I’ve been thinking of getting those oversized UNIQLO U tees but I’m unsure of what size to get.
Hey Antwon where can I get those sandals?
Really need to get some shorts for the summer, somewhere inbetween techwear and business casual, pretty much alrounders.
Eddie Bauer Rainer Shorts 👌👌👌
belt ID?
Havona Labs!
good video
😍
Gonna be honest, you look like a sub-urban dad in most of these fits.
Get you a dad that wears Acronym 💯
Da classic camera angle 😳
What size do u get the uniqlo tees in? And if i may ask, what height are u?
I normally wear size M - the Blade Runner tee and blue/green Uniqlo U tee are both size M but the black Airism one is size L. I'm around 6'2"
This Is Antwon appreciate that sir!
This video is everything! Thank you!!
Glad you found it useful!
Ant, the hair is getting out of control
It literally will NOT stop growing
size on the uniqlo U airism shirt?
That was size L and I normally wear M
