I want to get this game but i hear nobody plays it. Which is sad because everybody was comparing this to overwatch even though they're completely different games and as a result everybody said overwatch is the better game.
Well, there's still players there. Last month there was even Battleborn Day. A community created event that lasted a whole weekend, and the devs pitched in by giving bonuses, unlocking all the characters for the duration of the event and logging in to play with everyone. The community is still there. Also, good on you for recognizing that both games are drastically different, as most people just write Battleborn off as a copy of Overwatch, when it's not.
Josue Cervantes They are not completely different games. They are both class based, cooperative team play focused games. And Overwatch is by far executed much better than Battleborn. It's more popular for a reason.
Jacob McDermott Sure. And I bet that reason can't possibly be the fact that it was made by a bigger, more famous company with a much larger marketing budget. Nope. It's definitely the execution. No way it has to do with who had more money to begin with and bad timing.
Pheelyks Artifex have you actually played both games? lol I'm having a hard time believing you did. Even in beta form Overwatch was so much better. Battleborn is mediocre, not as much competitive gameplay, will not have as much add on's and will ultimately fall short, again, to the other class based shooters coming out soon.
Really great looking cast of characters here. I'm probably not going to play the game but I definitely give the company props for imagination and detail for these characters.

Also, I'm sorry if you didn't have any gameplay footage showing what Whiskey Foxtrot or Isic look like, but would it have been hard to at least show a brief image of them stolen from google or something? As for showing off ISIC and Whiskey Foxtrot, at the time of making this video, there was no footage, that I could get my hands on, in which they appeared full body, just the gameplay clips that I put up. As for having an image, I didn't want to break the flow of the video by them all being actual video and then suddenly bringing it to a screeching halt by showing an image.
I'm excited to try out Phoebe, as I didn't get her unlocked in the beta. But so far I really like playing Miko (since not many people play healer in Incursion), Mike as a tank, and Thorn is my favorite sniper.
Frags explode on impact, napalm, and cloaking restores your shields, minimizing your need for a healer to be around you constantly. Plus make his bullets penetrate shields so that for stuff like Thrall anchors you take out their shield and health at the same time. The scope or the red dot is your choice, I like either, but it depends on your team setup. Plus his level 10 extra mutation lets his airstrike follow him with slightly smaller AOE I found out. You could summon an airstrike, cloak and run through the enemy. It's brilliant. (I play a lot of Rath too, so that might be why I have tanky tendencies with Mike)
I'm TOO pumped for this game. My faves during the beta were Montana, Rath, and Reyna, but I'm looking forward to playing as Toby, Phobe, Miko, and El Dragon too.
Ambralia is super badass. I love her! She is mad OP, and as a main user, I am not afraid to admit it. But I fell in love with her character, so when she gets nerfed, I'll still use her
It's so messed up that ISIC challenged El Dragon in the ring and promised to rip his arms off-- and totally did rip his arms off. And thats why El Dragon has robotic arms now. XD I found out that bit of lore a while ago, and ISIC taunts him with it in game sometimes. Haha.
If you play ISIC's mission (Episode 1) with El Dragón you get even more backstory for that because El Dragón talks to Kleese and screams at ISIC about it.

I think this looks much better than Overwatch, and I don't really get why it got bad reviews, I think it looks pretty good, but TF2 will always be the best class based FPS game.

I've been playing this one Xbox and I think it is a really good game, its not like Smite where some characters suck and some are really overpowered. Every Battleborn is good and has its own unique abilities and combinations.
I'm on xbox one myself. She is a terror in the hands of someone who halfway knows what they are doing. If she was nerfed before yesterday, I'd hate to see what she was like before the patch. I love the game though. Definitely picking it up day one.

I feel bad for this game. It looks like it was really well made and was probably a lot of fun, but it got overshadowed by Overwatch. Just... it's really sad, you know? Seeing a game lose its chance in the spotlight because of another game, it's heartbreaking.
Johannes Vince Miko pocketing a good montana is almost unstoppable and with mikos crazy amount of hp and self healing they really have to focus you down which is hard with the big meat wall in front of you
It doesn't matter how many people remember Battleborn as a fail game, I remember it as my favorite game of all time and I'm not the only one !

I own both games and have spent some free days switching back and forth between both. Have you played both games in their current state?
