I was a bisexual with a preference for women since the age of 10. When I finally accepted the truth of scripture and gave up my sexuality to God, for him to take care of it, he did. I might get tempted here and thefe but I'm happy thanks to Christ. It was hard to give up my pride and something I thought I could never control, but so worth it. We have to learn to be humble
I am a Christian but I will never understand why homosexuality is such a big sin. We all have a corrupt nature (from evil), ok, but everybody wants to be with somebody.. it’s so basic. How to live your life till the end all alone without a partner. It’s so hard
I totally agree with that statement. I’m a happily married man and I still have impure thoughts about attractive women, but never act on it. I’ve committed adultery in my heart.
I have never come upon such a young person with such profound theological wisdom. Enabling him to compassionately interpret scripture to enlighten not chastise those seeking guidance. May you continue to walk in the footsteps of Christ.
Hi A more direct Biblical Theological answer would've been Romans ch 1. " For this reason" see previous verses, God handed them OVER TO sexual sins. It's called Judgement by God's foreknowledge.
Jaiden, I am so impressed that young people like yourself are promoting Christianity. God Bless you. You’re gonna have a great life. I am 45 and made so many mistakes because I believed secularists’ lies. I can’t get the time back to do the right things now. It’s a shame …a tragedy really. God Bless you and your fiancé to have a very blessed life.
Being a couple decades ahead of you, let me comfort you by saying what matters is not what you did/didn’t do in the past. What matters is what you do today. There is a saying: “The best time to plant a shade tree is 50 years ago. The second best time is today.” Go forth in peace. Love unconditionally. Encourage diversity. Be a humble servant. May this message of God increase your compassion now and always. Amen.
Somewhere in scripture there is something said that God can redeem your time. I didn't get saved until I was 67 and believe you me I had racked up a long list of unacceptable behavior. But as another person said it is now what you do with your time. Plus, keep in mind that God knew what was going to happen with you and what will. I just always say, show me how I can bring glory to you. All the best, Heather!
I'm 50 and was not born again in Christ Jesus until age 49. I have felt that regret of finding him late in life and remembering so many of my past sins. Perhaps you can also be comforted in these two ideas. First; that all of your life prior and resultant conversion is wonderful testimony for others both in word and they way you now live. Second remember that with God all things are possible and all things we mess up; God can make right and good. Revelation 21:5 Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.”. These few years on earth are nothing; compared to the eternity with God. Take joy in the grace of God and cling to him until the end :)
Jaiden:You are a terrific RUclipsr. Your commentary, explanations, Biblical quotes, are so well put. It’s a joy for me as a 73 yr old woman, to hear a young person like yourself proclaim the Truth and reaching Gen X& Y & Z’s. Congratulations on your engagement-May God bless and keep you
I have three sisters who have been struggling with this concept for years and years. Two of them have left the church and one is on the knife's edge of it. Prayers would be greatly appreciated for whoever sees this.
Homosexuals are not born that way, they learn it. The so called scientific idea that they are born homosexuel is part of the Liberal Democrat movement to make society immoral and dysfunctional and to destroy the family and moral principles. Only God can set someone free from these unnatural desires. As far as those who want to live their lives as homosexuals, everyone has free choice, you can do what you want. But when you leave this physical world you will be judged, the bible is clear on this.
Life begins at conception. Just because we don't remember doesn't change the truth. John the Baptist jumped in the womb at the presence of Jesus. I know 2 people that have memories of Jesus love in the womb. Just like when Adam was formed, Jesus is there when we are formed or conceived in the womb. He introduces Himself. We usually reject Him because we want to be in charge of our own life. Sin nature. But fortunately Jesus doesn't give up on us. But when we reject God in the womb, well there are many possibilities. But like it says in Romans, that depending on our sin the devil will seduce us with lies, and that sometimes makes for people becoming gay in the womb. Or other sins. I had sins in the womb I had to repent of to get free of hate and unforgiveness. I had done a deal with the devil in the womb. The soul is complete at conception. It continues into eternity after death. But it's like an unprogrammed computer that gets programmed by our freewill to choose good or evil. There's more but sometimes it's good for people to repent of their sins and seek God on this for themselves. Jeremiah 33:1-3
The real question: Why did God make Squirrels smarter than people? Nobody cares you are gay. Just quit talking about it all of the time. God doesn't care you are gay. The is no Commandment saying you must be straight. Or not. You are judged on being good person. Not who you are intimate within a relationship. God just prefers relationships instead of orgies. " Ya know, just try not to be stupid. Be smarter than the animal. Learn manners and good taste. Not everything is for public view.Don't act like P. Diddy. God's worrying about being someone who treats others better than themselves. it's simple.
"Mysticism is the claim to the perception of some other reality---other than the one in which we live---whose definitionis only that it is not natural, it is supernatural, and has to be perceivedby some form of unnatural or supernatural means." -Ayn Rand-
“It’s not my morality, God made you broken and unnatural.” Yeah, so polite. 🙄 But this is something that religious people can’t seem to grasp. Christianity was not made to coexist. It was made as the sole standard of virtue and categorises everything else as evil in some way.
My cousin claimed to be transgender, as long as she was fighting for a purpose (deception) she was happy. When she started the trans process, it was not as fulfilling and left her so desperate that she ended her self. Its so sad that ppl are easily deceived when Jesus is the source of love and existence. Prayers to all that feel void and purposeless. We must love each other.
have you considered the fact that a reason they may have ended their life was due to people like you who give no acceptance and shame lgbtq people for existing and not because they were trans
You are not to love those who are people of and with SATAN and those who are transexuals are automatically going to be destined for HELL also they will not be in thw kingdom of GOD.
In some very rare cases there indeed are some bilogical problems in some ones body and how it functions and even sometimes they do have wrong gone genes not working as tey should have. This I do understand and it is real, but it is exrtemely rare. What really is going on is that people are lost and don't have a fixed identity. That has nothing to do with possible transsexuality nor anything like it. It is usually a psychological problem, not biological... in almost 99% of the cases. The use of very rare cases where there truly are something wrong on hormonal functions or even on genes does not mean, that if someone justs thinks he or she doesnt fit to his body or sex is mostly rubbish and should be treated as it is a psychological problem. This is the reason why many who have altered their genre and appearance had gone to deeper waters they were at the first place. In life there can be so devastating experiences, that a person can start to question everything, and unfortunately also themselves. There have to be some relief for the current state immidiately, but the actions and solutions have to came after all that has preceeded has been talked over. Also these transitions are both quite challenging and very dangerous for multible reasons and the recovery of those surgeries is hard and oainful, So for everyones best interest, the valuation has to be dead solid in all matters. For all those mens who think about this complex and quite frankly risky transition to a woman, with multiple surgeries where on every step something can go wrong... If there is some clear evidence in your anatomy or hormonal functions, then there may be a good reason to make this change and fortunately it is more succesful for men to became a woman not the otherway around as humans are always from the start as presumtion and the first choice women... You don't hear this too often or do you? If mothers body don't regognize the featus as a male and her body don't start to create testosterone, you will always have a girl... It is rare... but these 'girls' are infertile as they are XY... This is no joke if some one thinks so.
"why did God make me a homosexual?" "Why did God make me an alcoholic?" "Why did God fill me with violent rage?" And on and on... James 1:13-15 13 When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; 14 but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. 15 Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.
"If anyone wants to follow me, he must deny himself, take up his cross, an follow me." We all have different crosses, we all must practice different forms of self-denial.
@@tanyaglenn2854 But what they want (what please them) isn't something they choose, right? It's biological need. So why some must never satisfy that need, but others just have to wait until marriage?
Jaiden, I am 59 years old, and when I watch your videos I see something similar to the young man that I once was. But you are wise for your age, and you express your faith clearly and strongly. God has blessed you with the skills to proclaim His Gospel in this modern age. Love to you. Dan.

@@anthonymartinez6516 I think if you care about someone there's a way to tell them the truth and be compassionate. The fact that you judged me because I believe we shouldn't lie to people were supposed to love says a lot. The scripture says what it says. And in my experience people appreciate not being lied to, I don't look down on any of these people and in fact Ive had gay friends my whole life. When we became adults and reconnected they thanked me for not treating them like lepers growing up and went on to say i was the only person in the "popular group" that ever took up for them and called others out for disrespecting them. I actively care for these people, not just in comment sections. And they all knew where I stood and why.
Jaiden! Keep going! I have a 10 year old son and I just prayed he would continually pursue the Lord and be as wise as you are at such a young age. Praise God and bless you and your future family. Congrats and thanks for sharing.
You're a very intelligent individual. The way you can speak about all these subjects at around my own age. It's very inspiring. Thank you for doing God's work!
Maybe elaborate, kinda curious, how exactly is he doing ''God's work'' and what exactly is that? According to you he is doing that so you should say what that is, examples, possible?
Frank did an amazing job answering this young woman. I, myself, have spoken to countless people on this matter, and it is never an easy conversation to have. The culture has made this sin very acceptable and has fueled its progression in this fallen world.
Jaden, I enjoy listening to you; I’m 62 years old, and I’m learning so much from you. You’re like a new age apostle; your ministry is reaching many people, and changing as many hearts. God bless you. 🙏🏼❤️

I love that these two were able to communicate without screaming over each other. THIS is what the world needs to strive for. Listen to what’s being asked, wait for the response, think about how you will respond in turn. We all have the right to our opinions, we’re all free to make our own choices - we are not free from the consequences of our choices. Love. Love each other always. That’s what God wants us to do. And Love him too!! I pray this young lady will get the answers she seeks, I pray she will go to God with her questions and that she patiently waits for him to answer her. If she will open her heart to him, he will give her the answers she seeks. ❤
You can tell that she is really seeking the truth. Down deep, the Lord put a seed of faith in all of us. It is that seed that is still telling her something is wrong. Sadly more people have rejected Jesus and have seared their conscience. She has not. I pray the Holy Ghost will help her come to Jesus and the faith that He is the Lord.
It’s commendable to hear such a young man express Godly wisdom with such depth my brother. I wish you all the best with you and your fiancée enjoy your courtship and don’t rush towards marriage.
Her actual question is... There are certain animals, insects, plants, etc that can have sex with same sex. So is certain human's desires. Why should God "force" them not to have urge and sexual desire for same sex. That's the question.
@@itstoasty7089 I'm asking, God can have made sure that man have only sexual desire for woman, and vice versa. But instead, some man/women can have desire for same sex. Why don't God make sure that they don't have that problem, and also able to really have sex with the same sex humans. And now, because of that, God have to impose a ban on having sex with the same sex.
@@sootuckchoong7077 I know what the question is. Why do you feel the need to explain this to me? In the Bible, it specifically says what HUMANS should do. We are not insects or plants. God Bless.
AMAZINGGGGG TO SEE SUCH A YOUNG GUY spreading this messages on social media. He’s a kind of Timothy 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 This is what we need for the new generations!
There are feelings I have 24/7 that aren't always good. Submission to whats right is not always the easier route. I am drawn to love so many things that are wrong for me to yield to. But at the end of the day would lead my away from God rather than towards. Past trauma has caused incredible fear towards the opposite sex but that trauma can be healed rather than turning to a same sex relationship.
So glad this video popped up. I'm about to have a difficult conversation with my gf tomorrow and needed to figure out how to say some difficult things lovingly to her. Praises Jesus! And thank you brother!

@@SuperJJParker The point is that if you drink from the toilet you are doing so because you chose to do so. You don't have to drink no matter how thirsty you might be. Especially since toilet water wasn't made for drinking. The idea that you have no choice is the lie.
@@mammasut8280 No. God used humans to produce the Bible. Humanity did not write it using their human bias. If humans had written it, then there would be no prophesy fulfillment. Plus, it wouldn't be accurate concerning human behavior over the course of time. The Bible has never been proved to be wrong. Therefore, it couldn't have been written by humans without the inspiration of God.

Why doesn’t he just ask her what the difference between love and sex is? People are under the impression that you should have sex with anyone they love. That’s not what God says. That not what he means when he says we should love one another.

Love is often translated as "charity" in the Bible. It's giving, regardless of your emotional state. You can feel the love for someone and tell them to be fed, but if you're not providing the food your emotions don't help the other person. If you provide charity emotionlessly, the other person will feel the love emotionally. Love is unselfish and gives to those who need. Lust is selfish and greedily consumes what it wants.
@@truthgiver8286 he’s making a biblical claim not a lexicographic one lol. Two things can be true at once, definitionally lust != adultery, and simultaneously the claim “lust is adultery” is a coherent statement given an implied context. God didn't create any homosexuals... God created man in his image.... being a homosexual is choice people make... they chose to give in to the temptations of the devil
For one who is homosexual to claim that "God made me this way" is akin to the thief or the adulterer saying the same thing that "God made me this way". If this claim can be trotted out any time one sins, then nothing is sinful and Christ's sacrifice on the cross was for nothing.
Except being gay doesn't harm anyone like adultery or theft. So it's legitimate to point out they didn't choose to be gay, so why would God create them with that orientation and then say it's wrong? I'm straight. I can choose to commit adultery. I can choose to steal. There nothing inside me that would lead me to choose to have a homosexual relationship with a man. It's not in my nature. It is for some though, and I thought God didn't make mistakes?
@@spacemoose4726 From a biblical perspective, it's not about doing harm or not doing harm to one another. It's about what God calls sin. If one engages in sin, then that sin is against God. It's not for you or me to define sin - we don't have that authority. But because it is a sin against God, it also hurts us as well. Have you ever pondered why suicide rates are much higher in the gay community? It is a lifestyle that is harmful to the person engaging in it, harmful to friends and family who see their loved-one struggling, and if suicide happens it is painful to those who lost this person. So, no, it is not an act that hurts no one. That's one of the silliest things I've ever heard, and requires a suspension of observable facts and statistics to believe that.
@@chrispatterson8210 But you're only calling it a sin because a person wrote it down 2,000 years ago. That's not faith in God. Thats faith in man. There isn't any reasonable argument that 2 consenting adults of the same sex loving each other is comparable to adultery or theft. The way a society, that's been predominantly Christian, has treated gay people is a far better explanation for suicide rates than the act of being gay itself. You literally just compared them being true to their feeling to that of an adulterer or thief. Imagine if a person's own family responded that same way. Sounds like a pretty cruel world to grow up in to me. Thinking the act of being gay is what causes depression and suicide amongst gay people is "one of the silliest things I've ever heard, and requires a suspension of observable facts and statistics to believe that."
@@spacemoose4726you may be in denial. I've heard plenty of gay people say they were depressed because they were gay and didn't know why nor did they want to be that way. Hence being gay caused them to be depressed.
@@deelee4933 So if a black person experienced discrimination and persecution for being black, and it drove them to the point of claiming that being born black made them depressed. You'd argue them being black was the cause of their depression? Sorry, you're argument absolutely does not counter my argument.
God sometimes allows this to happen, so that, in giving our issues back to God, He gives us a very rare opportunity to give Him glory by helping us with our repentance from sin.
A rare oppritunity to give him glory lol? He requires daily prayer, weekly church services, and 10% of our incomes as glory God talks to himself..."hmm I'm feeling a little under appreciated. Time to make these kids gay"
@@Savagefred Not to mention the freak "creates" them that way, with perfect knowledge of their futures, supposedly. Yeah, the Bible is very, very unfathomable in its sheer unbelievability and stupidity.
And if you think about it, saying “love is love” is just circular reasoning. You can’t define a word using the word you are trying to define. Well said Jaiden. You have truly been blessed with wisdom and understanding beyond your years 🙂↕️
Love is love is not circular reasoning, is an appeal for consistency. It's is saying, love is not an emotion bound by other parameters. Justice is justice, it's not limited to some, love is love, it's not limited to some humans.
@LartinBeats-rg6pf love is a circular argument because it supposes all love is equal. It's not. Unconditional love is worse because that means that I have to accept the abuse given to me by those I love.
My heart goes out to this young lady because she is one of the first I have heard who is really trying to understand who God is and why she is the way she is. One of the biggest challenges that we all have in this world is to fight the programming that the world has done on all of us, and instead lean on the understanding that comes from God. The answer to all of these questions and struggles that we all have is Jesus Christ. If we all were to know the Jesus of the Bible and not strip Him down to only the qualities that we are comfortable with, then how we live and how we think would change dramatically!! And this young lady would also come to understand that her desires and her way of living is wrong.
(8:00) Wow, Jaiden, this part at the 8-minute mark ... responding to "Love is Love" is absolutely brilliant. Very well thought out. Thank you for this!
From my personal experience, which is annecdotal at best, every gay or equivalent person I've spoken to ( usually after several drinks) admitted to the fact that something VERY specific happened to them at a certain age and they were gaslit into thinking that it happening meant they were gay or whatever by default and just did what they assumed was their new identity. My own experience dealing with such but since it has a 100% occurrence with several dozen people I can't help but think there's a connection. At least when men are involved. Specifically I was spoken to because I was Catholic but not judgemental of the person. I don't know what to say beyond that This can't be a fluke
It’s genetic. Evil is a person. You are either born evil or you are born righteous. An evil person will be exposed to an event and say it caused them to commit homosexuality. A righteous person could have the same encounter but will not commit homosexuality. It’s one of the biggest things that has been hidden from us. Evil is a person, not what a person does. I’m sure this comment will trigger so many evil people, lol. That’s what the truth does. But look how the Creator hated Esau before he was even born.
I don't know who this young man is but that was one of the best explanations I have seen yet on truth in love, and why the English language is so woefully inadequate.
*Love does not automatically imply sexual relationships (as we love our parents, family, etc.). Sexuality is for reproduction; love is the complementation of it. Each sex is born with a set of feelings because while women don’t run away from the feeling, men are more reserved from it, female is the emotional support of the home while the male is the strength of it, and this help a couple to prosper, and the culmination of a life that only heterosexuality can bring to your life. Thanks to heterosexuality, you and I exist, because it is the only way to procreate life.* A sexual relationship may not only serve for procreation purposes but it does serve a “NATURAL” one, all other reasons serve a “DEPRAVED” one. We all struggle with different sexual desires, this is not something just the LGBTQ struggle with, even heterosexuals do too, and just because we were born with a feeling, doesn’t mean is ok to pursue it, not all feelings are good.
We all have free will. Do you not have responsibility in your actions just as i did? You should look into brain retraining by Brea Katrin. The first thing that changed for me was mood elevation. I went from having 20% good days to 90%. Its been an incredible transformation in just 1 1/2 months. All the issues mankind has it basically gives you a toolbag to overcome it. It will bring you a lot closer to God if you allow it.
God didn't make me want to drink too much either. No sir, I did that all on my own, was stubborn and turned my back on him. Then I started paying attention and watching tons of mainly Mike Winger videos. Reoriented myself in God and in one night I changed completely. Woke up one morning and eschewed alcohol altogether. No one has to believe me, but I didn't even do that. The Holy Spirit did and is with me still today, changing me in ways I never thought possible. Still not perfect but the joy is indescribable. Don't push Him away. Knock and he will answer.
Well, there is a big difference between something you can choose and something you experience without knowable reason. Being attracted to the same sex is not a choice, usually a person realizes during puberty that they are attracted to people of the same sex without a conscious choice. That is when usually one starts asking questions like the woman in the video. And the Frank Turek answer just sucks.
Very well done! Keep growing in the Holy Spirit, He has given you wisdom and discerning. Keep on the narrow way. You aren't condemning anyone, the words of the Bible are not your words, but God's words. I'm glad you brought up what the Bible says about what love is.
May the gift of teaching coming from above increases as you exercise your faith to do what God imparted in heart to do through the leading of the Holy Spirit as its shows by the fruits of that seed implanted in your heart. And as "Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man” and so are you Jaiden in Jesus name I pray. Amen.
You have been blessed with the gift of wisdom and the spirit of the Lord is with you. Your knowledge of the scriptures is amazing. God bless you as you spread the Light of CHRIST to others.
They always say "love is love" but they never grasp the fact that not all love is *true* love or even *good* love. An adult can have a love for a child just like she has for another woman. Does that mean the adult is valid in their feelings for a child just because she thinks she's valid in her feelings for another woman? Of course not. Then they'll say "oh but that snot actually love", but who are you to say that? I could say that your love for another woman isn't actually love either. "Oh well my love doesn't harm anyone" How do you know? God forbids us many things because He is *able* to see the bigger picture that we aren't. You don't know if your homosexuality is harming yourself, your partner, or someone else, because your experience is limited to the here and now. Furthermore, you have no way of knowing that the adult is harming the child. Every argument they make always has holes in its "logic", and really they all just boil down to "I agree with this thing, but not that thing."
Exactly! Here's an analogy I heard. People would say love is love. Well, water is water, so would you drink out of the toilet? Obviously not all water is good to drink and therefore not all love is good to act on. Love of money, love of violence, love of children etc. all those forms of love are not good to act on. So, saying Love Is Love is not a good argument.
so you defer all moral judgment to your god, even if it feels wrong to you, since god knows better? because that line of thinking can be used for any moral position, even ones that disagree with yours, which is why there is a sizeable christian population that accepts homosexuality and believes your stance is the wrong one of course, it's also telling when secular arguments are used in the lawmaking process since "god says it's bad" obviously doesn't work on those outside your religious bubble
@@lilarrin1220 What does it matter that secular lawmaking refers to a source outside of God? People disagree with secular laws too. If you don't believe me, visit any prison anywhere and you'll see a whooooole bunch of dissidents. Everyone has their own moral standard, and each moral standard will have others that disagree with it. That doesn't justify it nor negate it, it's simply part of the problem that we have caused. And yes, I cite God as my moral standard. Why would I trust what I can feel? I'm capricious. I can be angry today and happy tomorrow morning and then sad tomorrow afternoon. This whole modern society is built on people following their feelings and look where that's gotten us. I couldn't imagine a more pathetic thing than to trust my feelings.

The problem is that people today conflate attraction with love. Attraction is a feeling, it comes and goes; the person you're attracted to today may be the person you despise tomorrow. That's why basing a marriage or even any relationship on attraction is NOT conducive to a long lasting relationship. That's why divorce is so prevalent today..... the butterflies went away, so they figure they must have fallen out of love, so..... DIVORCE time! ACTUAL love on the other hand ISN'T a feeling, it's a commitment. That's what marriage vows are all ABOUT: In sickness and in health, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, forsaking all others cling to each other until death parts you. (Slightly paraphrased at the end for clarity.) NOTHING in those vows says ANYTHING about feelings..... NOTHING; it's 💯% pure commitment.
Do you think two men or two women can commit themselves to each other? I agree with you that attraction and love are different things and that it's easy for people to get them confused. But I think it's also possible for two men or two women to love each other in the sense that you described.
@@bartholomewhalliburton9854 POSSIBLE yes, WISE no. God created men and women to function together by each supplying their own dynamic to the relationship. No matter HOW effeminate, 2 men still lack much of the female dynamic. And no matter how butch, 2 women lack much of the MALE dynamic. (Though I HAVE noticed that 2 men make a better showing in general than 2 women.) This discrepancy is problematic in the relationship as a couple, but it is MUCH more pronounced if children are introduced into the mix. Children from 2 male or 2 female parent households DO fare better than children from SINGLE parent households, but not as well as those from household where there are 2 parents of opposite sexes. Unfortunately, today's dynamic, even within heterosexual households are often skewed as well. Primarily because women have rejected their natural role within the family in favor of trying to usurp the MALE roll in the relationship. All the while mentally emotionally and spiritually emasculating their husband/partner, and taking over the leadership role in the relationship. In response, men have stopped acknowledging their natural role as leader, and kowtowed to their wife/partner in an attempt to keep the peace. This is primarily due to the fact that they have been told their whole life that men acting like men is TOXIC, and that they need to act more like women. But if you examine most long term functional relationships, you will find a man and a woman who mutually support each other. The husband will listen to and give thoughtful consideration to his wife's opinions, (yes, they will usually actually be married,) but HE will be the one who makes the final decisions for the family. They will probably also have been young when they married (18-24), and will usually share a strong faith in the same religion. This is all from 65 years of experience and close observation. I have been exposed to a number of of different kinds of people and relationships in my circle of friends and family over the years. And have DEFINITELY seen the patterns that I outlined above. That's not to say that there weren't outliers in the mix, just that it's the primary trend. I have ALSO observed that when a relationship DOES fall apart, it's primarily the WOMAN in the relationship that called it quits (roughly 80% of the time), and usually for emotional reasons, not practical or logical ones. Whereas men are usually more analytical, and tend to look for solutions to problems rather than throwing in the towel. God created humans to function a certain way, and whenever that order is deviated from, problems are almost always created. You asked.
@@bartholomewhalliburton9854 I already wrote an answer to your question, but apparently RUclips ATE it. CAN you? Yes. SHOULD you? No, I don't think so. Statistics show that humans don't usually function well outside of the intended design parameters of monogamous heterosexual marriage, ESPECIALLY when children are introduced into the mix. Infact ANY deviation from the original design of: Boy meets girl Boy courts girl Boy marries girl Boy and girl have sex for the first time Boy and girl have a child Boy and girl raise the child together Child grows up Child creates their own boy/girl pairing Child gets married and leaves home Child and grandchildren visit often Boy and girl grow old together until death separates them This may not be politically correct, but it IS how we were designed to function, and statistically what works best. People who follow this formula have a much lower chance of the relationship breaking up, and a much higher chance of being satisfied with their relationship. And for the bonus round, they live longer on average than those who choose a different lifestyle.
@@juliebaker6969 You gave your answer in terms of statistics and chance, so I see what you mean by someone shouldn't homosexual relationship. But, since a homosexual is not going to want to marry someone from the opposite sex, they don't really have an option, anyways. To add to my question, do you think that two men or two women who commit to each other and don't end up failing like you described can also be close with God?
@@bartholomewhalliburton9854 How can you claim to be close to someone in authority over you if you openly defy Him? God gave us the rules he did because He knows what's best for us better than WE do. Children frequently can't understand why a parent tells them not to do something when the kid sees nothing wrong with it. But a parent understands the consequences better that their child does, and is only trying to protect them. Our Heavenly Father likewise gives us the rules He does for OUR own good. Humans frequently don't understand God's reasoning, but God doesn't ASK us to understand, He asks to trust His judgement and OBEY. From my personal experience, I can say that I have defied God in the past, and I ALWAYS lived to regret it. But I've NEVER regretted having obeyed Him..... not even when obedience meant doing something I REALLY didn't want to do, or NOT doing something I really DID want to do.

The rest of the story is large, to much for editing maybe☺. I really appreciate, thanks again
I am not an apologist for any gay ideology, nor am I gay. This was an extremely weak and general answer to a very particular question. Outside of the "because God says" respone, there was nothing added of any substance. First of all, the lovely Psalm quoted is not describing marriage, or any static iea...it is describing Love itself. When we are in possession of the qualities described, we are experiencing love. It also gives us goals to work towards in our practice of trying to be more loving Secondly, attempts to generalize such a question and to create false equivalencies does nothing to enrich this topic, nor does it answer the question. Natural Law provides us with phonological hallmarks of true Love, and these hallmarks are not merely lustful infatuation. Infatuation is one thing, but the physical feeling of real love can only be inspired when pysical AND spiritual connection is found. I have felt infatuation many times, but love only once. I have never fel such love for a male friend, though arguably my male friends were soul mates from the get go. Since i am not gay, i never confused the two types of love. A gay person feels the eros and the potential agape of romantic love with the same sex....they are not capable of feeling eros for the opposite sex. Your argument, therefore, is between "sin" or celibacy....as nobody can force themselves to love in the romantic sense. The true question, therefore, is why would God subject a person to such a cognitive and existential dilemma....a dilemma categorically different from any idea of sin. You have not come anywhere near to addressing the question at all.
I'm gay, and the question you described as "true" is precisely the question whose answer I'm looking for. You commented that this video did not address this question. Do you know others who have?
@@bartholomewhalliburton9854 I think that the psalm answers it directly. Scripture is secondary to Love. The qualities of love described in the psalm are the hallmarks of love. If you are experiencing those feelings, and also romantic feelings, then you are experiencing love....period. I have had many male friends that I would have married if they were women....however, I am not gay. Those feelings never occurred. When I fell in love with my wife, I didn't have to do anything to make it happen. It felt natural.....body and soul. If you feel that way with a person of the same sex, then you are a lucky person, and should enjoy the beauty and the grace. As the psalm describes.....we are not animated by scripture, by prophecy, by knowledge.....we are animated by love. We can make mistakes interpreting scripture, but we cannot misinterpret love.
I love your channel ! I have a question, could you site the passage that concluded that Jesus suffered in hell for 3 days as you have said? Thank you in advance.
There is no passages that say he suffered in hell. The notion comes from The Apostles Creed in 340 AD.. Some of the confusion has arisen from such passages as Psalm 16:10-11 as translated in the King James Version: “For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. . . . Thou wilt show me the path of life.” “Hell” is not a correct translation in this verse. A correct reading would be “the grave” or “sheol.” Jesus said to the thief beside Him, “Today you will be with me in paradise” (Luke 23:43); He did not say, “I will see you in hell.” Jesus’ body was in the tomb; His soul/spirit went to be with the blessed in sheol/hades. Unfortunately, in many versions of the Bible, translators are not consistent, or correct, in how they translate the Hebrew and Greek words for “sheol,” “hades,” and “hell.”
1 Peter 3:19-20 refers to Jesus proclamation to the”spirits in prison”. I do not think that this passage implies that Jesus suffered in hell, as Jaiden suggests. Blessings from the UK.
In addition to the 1 Peter verse there’s Matthew 12:40. I just looked closer at this matter and I can’t say definitely that he did, it is up for debate. Thank you for asking about this.
@@JonathanRedden-wh6unI disagree of course. That view says Jesus was wrong when he said “τετέλεσται” (tetelestai) on the cross because he had to suffer more in hell. “τετέλεσται” (tetelestai) means paid in full. Thanks for your comment sir.

Biblical love is an action word not a feeling. Humanity has redefined love just like they have redefined marriage.
'humanity' wrote that bible of yours
@@mammasut8280 No. God used humans to produce the Bible. Humanity did not write it using their human bias. If humans had written it, then there would be no prophesy fulfillment. Excellent! Thank you for posting this. It’s so hard to explain this to people who don’t know the scriptures and think they can define right and wrong.
Lust is adultery. It isn't just the way we act on how we feel.
With that logic you only have sex to make babies.
"Lust is adultery"? for someone who's English is sadly lacking you really should get yourself a dictionary.
@@truthgiver8286 he’s making a biblical claim not a lexicographic one lol.

You'd argue them being black was the cause of their depression? Sorry, you're argument absolutely does not counter my argument.
God sometimes allows this to happen, so that, in giving our issues back to God, He gives us a very rare opportunity to give Him glory by helping us with our repentance from sin.

My own experience dealing with such but since it has a 100% occurrence with several dozen people I can't help but think there's a connection. At least when men are involved. Thanks to heterosexuality, you and I exist, because it is the only way to procreate life.*
A sexual relationship may not only serve for procreation purposes but it does serve a “NATURAL” one, all other reasons serve a “DEPRAVED” one.
We all struggle with different sexual desires, this is not something just the LGBTQ struggle with, even heterosexuals do too, and just because we were born with a feeling, doesn’t mean is ok to pursue it, not all feelings are good.
Thanks for your opinion.

Well, there is a big difference between something you can choose and something you experience without knowable reason.

That phase "Love is love." is speaking about Eros or sexual gratification. The only reason why love is used in the first place is to muddy the waters.
Sex ≠ love.
@@antiloser-NFS That's a pretty good one. I'd never heard that point, but I like it! Thanks for sharing!
so you defer all moral judgment to your god, even if it feels wrong to you, since god knows better? because that line of thinking can be used for any moral position, even ones that disagree with yours, which is why there is a sizeable christian population that accepts homosexuality and believes your stance is the wrong one
of course, it's also telling when secular arguments are used in the lawmaking process since "god says it's bad" obviously doesn't work on those outside your religious bubble
@@lilarrin1220 What does it matter that secular lawmaking refers to a source outside of God? People disagree with secular laws too. If you don't believe me, visit any prison anywhere and you'll see a whooooole bunch of dissidents.

(Though I HAVE noticed that 2 men make a better showing in general than 2 women.)
This discrepancy is problematic in the relationship as a couple, but it is MUCH more pronounced if children are introduced into the mix.
Infact ANY deviation from the original design of:
Boy meets girl
Boy courts girl
Boy marries girl
Boy and girl have sex for the first time
Boy and girl have a child
Boy and girl raise the child together
Child grows up
Child creates their own boy/girl pairing
Child gets married and leaves home
Child and grandchildren visit often
Boy and girl grow old together until death separates them
This may not be politically correct, but it IS how we were designed to function, and statistically what works best.

It is statistically true
God bless you, brother!
It also gives us goals to work towards in our practice of trying to be more loving
Secondly, attempts to generalize such a question and to create false equivalencies does nothing to enrich this topic, nor does it answer the question.

Bro everyone just cuts the mold of the end of the bread and eats the rest.
Bro nooooo 💀 hahahaha
That's my MO... 😂
Your talk about what love is... so well said. 👏👏👏 Such wisdom there.
Jaiden, your parents are blessed to have you. Every day, I prayed for the young people that God will always protect and guide them. And guard their heart and open the eyes of their heart. And give the. Wisdom and discernment, knowledge and understanding of his words.
