Make sure both of you hve your metwork set to private (like shown in the vid, 2:27, it is very important due to connection settings. If yes, disable your firewall for the moment of playing amd it will be there) Next, make sure you are hosting a LAN game instead of Internet

He has to join your network, starting 2:21, then you have to host a LAN game. Make sure your Zero tier network is set to public. And both of you have your PC networks are set to private (shown in vid). Or disable firewall for testing
