One thing I realised about Isla being out, watching other stuff on them, and being Global Buffed is that not only are Scholars as strong as Warriors, they fulfill a different niche then them. Warrior teams from what I’ve gather are basically nuke teams, you put the enemy in Break and use the absolute strongest skills you can. Scholar teams now revolve around Shock and Lightning Damage mainly, but do have a lot of Elemental Debuffs as well and can hit Fire pretty hard. But for them, their goal is to put the enemy in Break state several times, sometimes back to back so they barely get a turn. But both teams, can also do what the other do and do them pretty well like with Warrior Teams relaying more on constant Breaks, and as you showed here, a Scholar team nuking the enemy in one Break
