Hornburg Duo drops the Dying Hero Soul, which you can roll for up to 16 e. atk on the star soul slot. The limbo/hallow npc's drop the following stat souls of note:Cragspear: SpeedValore: P. atkHornburg: E. atkShrine Guardian: HP
I don't quite see when it'll be useful to have 16 e.atk on the star soul slot. What is it used for?

@@EmpyreanSky Rinyuu's regen frequently won't cap, and especially won't cap in tower, in which case every little bit of more E. atk can help.
@@PrimismyEX Ah yes of course, support characters have little use for the star souls otherwise.
Millard ex is the most underrated unit.
